Long story short i had a 93 dodge stealth rt and had put alot of $ into it and new paint job, not even 4 months later somone destroyed my car while it was parked, and after 2 months of fighting with insurance they denied my claim. Now i am a pround father of 2 and looking for a bigger car to spend time with them and i found this dealer.I liked the dodge nitro they had but the one who "helped"me didnt even come out when i was looking at the vehicles he was sitting behind his desk. After a few mins of speaking to him and offering $8000 CASH!!! NO BANK NEEDED OR EXTRA HEAD ACHES from is price of $8990 he still wanted taxes and fees paid for, so it would have been $8800 still not even a good deal since the car has o er 140,000 miles And he was VERY rude talked me down to a potential customer and answers his phone when in the middle of working a deal. Alot of people wait and use banks when very few come up with cash amd for him to turn it down means to me that he doesnt care who you are. And i quote "You cannot beat my prices", "I get more customers anyways" please anyone who visits this place do more research of your cars before negotiations because you can still get a great car just have to wait and see what comes up in life.

My husband traded in his old car and bought a new one here. The workers were very nice while we were looking/test driving. We found one we liked and started negotiating. We couldnt come to an agreement, so we left. A couple days later, my husband couldnt stop thinking about this car. So we went back and did a little more negotiating and we ended up buying. We are out of state residents (military), so we wanted to register the car in our home state. Muhammad told us we would have the title in 7-10 days. We waited a month and never got the title. We called multiple times and we never got a straight answer. Finally almost two months later, we are just now getting the title... and my husbands name is spelled wrong. Also, the title states that the fees were paid and the paperwork was filed over a month after we bought our car. So Muhammad lied when he said we would have it in 7 to 10 days, because he never even did the work. Now we have to pay extra fees in our home state because we werent able to register it in the 45 day time frame. Thanks General Auto Sales, you really know how to keep a customer. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

Please dont go there I bought the car form these guys and paid the car cash the first day, I was never the type a person that rates business and give bad reviews, but he gave me a car with a check engine light when I asked what was it he said its just a sensor and I asked when can I come to get it fix he said anytime, and I live in San Francisco so I drove to Sacramento 5 times hoping to get the car that I bought cash fixed and every single time was the mechanic is not here or the boss is not here, but it wasnt a sensors it was transmission problem so I had to replace it, and it took them 8 months to give me my title, so if you are reading this please dont make the same mistake I made, dont go there, dont buy anything from there . Because I grantee you you will regret it.

I never thought that I could obtain financing after getting denied from all big dealerships. They financed me on a car I like and worked with me on the down-payment as well. These guys are professionals and carry nice cars.
