Kevin, I just wanted to express my appreciation for you and the staff at Steve Thomas BMW, as well as convey my first impressions of my new 128i. First off, let me say that your professionalism and calm demeanor makes the buying experience feel so comfortable. The dealerships philosophy of making the customer feel like family is something rarely experienced these days, and I certainly find it to be a most enjoyable part of BMW ownership. The enthusiasm and welcoming attitudes of all the employees makes me glad to have a reason to stop by the dealership. Now, as for my first drive in my new car, it was an experience I will never forget. I told you I was going to head up Hwy 33 to break in the car, and right after I left the dealership I took the long way around via Balcom Canyon, the 150, and then on to the 33. I got acquainted with the car relatively quickly, but once I hit the 33, the true nature of the vehicle became very apparent. It had all the performance and quality I had hoped for, and a lot more. My manual 128i with the M Sport Package is the perfect recipe for the "Ultimate Driving Machine". The handling is stellar. The response of the inline 6 is immediate and confidence inspiring, and the fit, finish and quality make this car the most satisfying vehicle I have ever driven. It exceeded my expectations tenfold. You know I already own three BMW performance motorcycles, and I thought nothing could offer up a more thrilling experience, but I have to say, this car does. I was all smiles on that road yesterday, and I knew without question I had made the right decision ordering this BMW. The experience goes well beyond the cars athleticism in the canyons. It displays amazing comfort and quietness around town and on freeways. Even with all the performance, the car is still ideal for a daily commute or a long road trip. It simply does everything perfectly. As I continue to drive the car, it is abundantly apparent that the engineers at BMW have obsessed about every aspect of the vehicle to create the perfect driving experience. Things like the placement of the arm rest, or the steering wheel ergonomics just feel precisely right. The clearness of the gauges and console also just seem optimal. The lack of wind noise or buffeting with only one window open is a triumph of aerodynamics. Being able to lower the entire seat assembly to the floor of the car, allowing the driver the lowest center of gravity, is such a great performance oriented feature. These things and a long list of others never cease to make you sincerely appreciate the painstakingly thorough efforts the engineers at BMW have gone to. To conclude, I just want to thank you for steering me back to my original vision of what kind of car I really wanted, and helping to make it a reality. Anyone who cares enough about a customer to do that, is for me, a friend for life. I have no doubt I will be a lifelong customer at your dealership as long as people like you are involved. I have no regrets, and I can state without reservation that this is the best car I have ever had the pleasure of owning.

Ryan Amico was absolutely fabulous, I drove quite a ways to get out to Camarillo, all the way from Manhattan Beach and it was worth every ounce of gas. I had visited at least 6 L.A. based BMW dealerships before this and was either met with aloofness, rudeness, or someone who really wasnt interested in working out a good deal. Most salesmen were pushy, needy, and straight up liars. Also the prices other Los Angeles based dealership were asking for used 2008 335is were a little absurd. I got a supreme all black 335i w/ black rims, sports/ premium package and loww mileage for a really great bargain. It was my first time purchasing a car in this class and Ryan could feel I was a little nervous about the whole endeavor, he knew i had done my research and took me aside in a classy way and kept me assured and relaxed. He was a salesmen I really felt very comfortable with, a true talent in sales. Ultimately, Ryan and I negotiated down to a price we were both comfortable with, (something most LA dealers would NOT do) and we both left the sales room quite happy. He also worked with my finances to get a great low APR that was difficult to pull off at other dealerships. Overall, I really cant imagine ever going to another dealership, and when it comes time for friends, family, or I to purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely steer them clear of the other culprits and send them straight away to Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW. Also, Steve Thomas came in and greeted my friend and I with a couple poker chips (his personal kind of business card) and gave us a warm welcome. What a classy place :-)

I want to give a BIG THANKS to Kwinn Knight for working so closely with me to find my perfect car. It was a bit of a process trying to order the car with the specs I wanted only because there were very very little available. I was originally interested in leasing but thru the process I decided to buy because I simply fell in love with the car. It was a pleasure working with someone who was truly looking out for my best intentions. What made me return to Steve Thomas BMW after looking at a couple other dealers was because Kwinn introduced a new kind of salesman! From my past experience Ive always felt pushed into a car where I was questioning whether Id made the right decision to buy or lease but not this time! I never once felt pushed or finagled. A genuine experience! Everything was laid out on the table up front to assure that I understood everything financially as well as all bells and whistles on the vehicle. I was always informed. From the beginning Kwinn made sure all questions were answered and continued to be very patient with me. I was in and out the day of the purchase. Look forward to going back. This dealership is A++. Personable service, no nonsense, no high pressure, bait and switch, etcetc. This is already saying a lot. Past that, I found an honest, up to par dealership that I can be comfortable with associating for a longer term. Ryan Amico was my main salesperson: He was knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and tried to help me reason out from a buyers perspective with all her doubts, questions, fears and life priorities in mind. He was patient even on Friday evenings, seriously fast with his replies and savvy with the internet, and answered every question I had which made it easier for me to make a firm decision on my purchase. I also liked the feeling of a tight family owned dealership that runs on some integrity, good service and pride (so was the image and they proved the stereotype). Kwinn was excellent too. His straightforward and street-wise style goes well with me. They both took care of me well and covered each other when one was not present. I have no problems driving out of my way for them it was worth it. A++ Highly recommended by me.

I typically dont write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with Steve Thomas BMW or more specifically, Mr. Kwinn Knight, the Sales Manager. As I was looking around for good deals on a BMW i3 I emailed several dealerships around LA. Not only was Kwinns deal the best in terms of price he also was prompt in his replies, open with sharing details of the lease deal and never ever pushy. From initial contact to picking up the car only 4 days had passed and I didnt mind driving the 50 miles, knowing I wouldnt be taken for a ride when signing the lease. Jim the Finance Director was also a pleasure to deal with and the terms matched exactly what had been previously agreed upon with Kwinn. If only more dealerships would conduct business like Steve Thomas BMW, the industry would have a far better reputation than it has today. Perhaps it could even be fun shopping for a car? I certainly felt that way dealing with them and I can only recommend to reach out to Kwinn and experience it yourself.
