I had posted a long review last week about my disappointment with Neftin VW service department. The long and short of it was a miscommunication between the service department and I. Which resulted in me leaving the dealership without my car being worked on during my nearly 4 hour wait. After I returned home, I received calls from both the Service writer, service manager and Laura Neftin herself. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation and it wasnt just damage control. They truly cared that I had a bad experience and wanted to make it right, which they did. They have earned my business back. Customer service goes a long way with me, and I will always go out of my way to return to the place that gives excellent customer service. Though it should have never happened in the first place, they made it right in my book, and look forward to returning to the service department for future needs. Well done Neftin VW team; Steve, Michael and Laura.

Scheduled a Takata Airbag recall repair. Received an appointment email confirmation for April 7, 2017 confirming my VIN number and the Takata Recall replacement. I came in for the appointment and was asked at check in, "Did they order the part for you". I respond, "I dont know I made the appointment, gave my VIN, I assume you all know how to do your jobs, so yes?". Service person checked, and no, no part was ordered. He followed that by saying I didnt have an appointment. I did not have the email confirmation printed out and had no phone service there to look it up. Pics of Neftin email confirmation posted below. By this time, I was so mad at the dismissive attitude that I left. My husband is following up with them including forwarding their email confirmation to them. Totally failure of processes and customer service. I should have gone to Ventura Volkswagon. Neftin is closer, but incompetent.

My 2014 VW Passat has been recalled and this dealership is not doing anything to remedy the situation. My vehicle has the defective Takata airbag, like millions of other vehicles. However, other automakers are giving loaner cars and/or buying back leases and putting customers into new safe vehicles. Neftin VW is doing nothing of the sort. The answer I got from this dealership is that they dont have the parts to repair it and they dont know when they will. Although this is out of their control they can still make sure to provide their customers with safe vehicles to drive until they do receive the parts. I have a written warning that if my airbag deploys, shrapnel may shoot out and cause serious injury or death. Due to their lack of concern for driver safety, I would not recommend this dealership.

if you want to buy a vehicle you NEED to contact LARRY LEBEDIN at neftin vw. He is new but went above and beyond in order to get me the best deal possible. He stayed diligent for over a month keeping me updated with what vehicles were available while other dealerships were just stringing me along, which is why I drove all the way up from San Diego to work with him. The only reason this review isnt 5 stars is because a certain individual named Daniel Drake made my experience MUCH more difficult than it needed to be for absolutely no reason. This dealership is like any other. They will play games with you and lie but Larry is something special. I would gladly drive twice the distance to be able to work with Larry again. Thanks again, Larry!

Brought my Passat in for a spur of the moment oil change. Evan greeted me immediately on the service drive with a huge smile. He honored the coupon deal I had just a small increase for the synthetic oil. I actually found a couple interesting articles to read in the comfortable waiting room. About 30 minutes in, Evan found me to tell me the service was done, they were just washing the car for me. Less than an hour and the car was done, Evan went over the results of the safety inspection showing me that everything seemed fine and didnt try to upsell me any unnecessary work. Just the oil change and I was on my way. Ill be back in 10,000 miles. Thanks to Evan and Ted and a great organizastion

Fair, fast and efficient. Our total experience at Neftin Mazda was outstanding start to finish. We consider ourselves especially fortunate to have met a salesperson -- John Weeks -- who really knows his product, has been with the brand and the dealership for years and is enthusiastic about Mazdas. He answered all of our questions, arranged test drives and found us the perfect 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring in Soul Red. The deal we got was the best we found, arrangements were made fast, we were in and out of finance in 15 minutes (that in itself is remarkable) and we felt our scarce time was respected. My wife said later, "I dont recall a better car buying experience!"

I purchased a new VW on 6th of May. After a price was agreed up with the salesman, I went into finance, where without my permission they added $400 for something called Zurich Security. When I got home I spotted this then later returned and discussed with them. Twice they agreed to refund me the money - but Im still waiting. Apparently they add this onto all new vehicles. If you buy from them, you might want to decide whether you really want it.

Usually I feel a lot of stress buying a new car, trying to get a fair price. MJ was exceptional in assuring I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. There were no surprises, or pressure to buy. MJ even spent a good deal of time to make sure we knew how to operate the vehicle and all the electronics. Everyone we dealt with, from the first person we met on the lot, the finance manager, as well as the service department was very friendly.

I had never been to this place before, but wow their service is amazing! Super sweet and professional! They have Wifi, which is great when its finals and you need to finish up homework. I cant say enough good things. Im here waiting for the car to be serviced, finishing up my report, not being bothered every ten seconds but people are still being very nice. If youre in Simi like I was, dont go local, come here!

This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Neftin Mazda. We love the cars and experience with Neftin we have had so far. The service is amazing and the deals are easy and straight forward. This time we got into more car for about the same cost per month. We are very busy people so the internet sales team has always been the best way for us to go. Cynthia is insanely knowledgeable and seems to make miracles!!!

Everyone was great - from the phone operator to the salesmen to the finance people. Friendly, professional service - all questions anticipated and answered. Fast, transparent process of trading in a wonderful 2013 Mazda for an even more wonderful 2015 Mazda. Definitely recommend Neftin Mazda. (And my daughter has been treated very well at Neftin Volkswagon!)

Great experience with Neftin VW. No pressure, Max showed me the Jetta and I was able to drive out of there with more car than I ever thought I could afford. Best experience Ive ever had with a dealership. The Jetta FAR exceeds all my expectations in quality, value and satisfaction. Neftin VW is in a class of its own in all respects.
