We were in the market for a used car and we found auto xchange online. I have always been skeptical of used car dealerships cause of all the stories Ive heard but since the moment we met Mario and Maria and started talking to them they made us feel comfortable. We are first time buyers and they made the process easy and talk to us like long time friends. They work with you! We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends! They were very shady about prices and wouldnt want to tell me the price of any car. They would always claim that 1) they didnt have the price paper on them, 2) only the manager knew the prices 3) they just dont remember it. If you work there, shouldnt every person have a copy of the prices paper? Why is it so secretive? Only giving 2 stars because the cars I looked at were actually nice and did not have any problems like other places I have been to.

OMG, awesome guys they will work in getting you in to the car that you choose, Im so thankful that I called autoxchange before I went all the way to Fresno to buy my car. Mario is so kind and cut bye the way, but the best sales man that this company has. If I could give you guys a 10 on here I would. Great attitude respectful and customer service to him comes first.
