I recently posted a review regarding Santa Paula Chevrolet and my new purchase of a Chevrolet Camaro SS about a month ago. At the time of purchase Santa Paula Chevrolet was undergoing upgrades and a face lift to modernize the business. I also had not had the opportunity to legitimately interact with the service department. I recently returned to the dealership to have a paint sealant applied to my vehicle. The service department was awesome. The applications takes about a day but resulted in my car being there for 1 and a half days. They were very responsive to my expectations and assured that the application and car met those expectations. Victor Lopez, the service representative assigned to me has been great. He is the most personable service person I have ever dealt with in the many years of owning and servicing cars. He maintains great communication with you. He calls you with daily updates regarding your vehicle. Victor makes sure that all my needs and concerns are met, questions answered and everything meets my expectations. What is truly amazing is all the service representatives at the dealership are very personable and treat you like you are part of the Santa Paula Chevrolet family. As you walk in, they great you like you are a friend and they have known you for a life time. If you just need to talk or have questions, they make the time for you. The dealership looks incredible. The upgrades and face lifts have totally changed the look of Santa Paula Chevrolet. The facility is clean and very customer friendly with an up to date look. They have added a waiting area that has a widescreen television, comfortable seating and a beverage machine that dispenses some of the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted. The best part, the hot chocolate and or coffee is provided as a courtesy to the customer (free of charge). You wont believe it comes from a machine. They also added a small area in the parts department that displays various trinkets and gadgets for your favorite vehicle. They have everything from new tires and rims to license plate frames, key chains and ball caps with, of course, that legendary bowtie logo. Each time I drive by or visit the dealership their inventory just gets better and better. I will be purchasing a car for my wife from this dealership in the next year and look forward to it. What I find amazing about the dealership is you dont mind just hanging out for a while, talking, having some of that hot chocolate and or just browsing the lot. You feel at home and everyone is unbelievably friendly. It just has a great atmosphere. Thanks for another incredible experience, Bob Berger

I dont know why Ive been stuck in a rut buying only white, silver, gold or black vehicles. But Sandra Macik sure snapped me out of it when I saw the beautiful red chevy Silverado she located for me last weekend!!!! Thank you Sandra. It was not easy. Not too many of the special trucks left at the outrageous rebates offered right now on them. Wait til you hear how much rebate Im talking about.. First before I go further, let me get the rest of my thank yous in because they dont belong at the bottom of my review. Jason THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if not for you I wouldnt have even decided to look deeper into all the rebates offered on the trucks. Jamie you are awesome and it was painless and quick getting my loan. I cant believe you got me such great financing and it didnt come with hoop jumping and creative writing -and a possible let down if it didnt happen. And two really great salesmen named Ray and Alex. They were able to answer every question I threw at them and I threw a lot at them. They never gave off the vibe that I was asking too many questions or a bother to them. Cheerful and full of product knowledge and quick return calls from them both. Everyone involved heard what my needs, wants and desires were and most important what my budget could manage. They didnt try to get me all sprung on a truck that was over my budget and then us work down the inventory from there. I hate that and I told them from the start I always walk when a salesperson pulls that stunt on me. Who wants to look at what theyd have to live in as well if they purchased a vehicle that would then leave them truck poor? NOT I. So with that said I want to tell everyone I got the truck of my dreams because of these great people hooking me up with a truck that had 12 thousand (not 1200) in rebates. thats a lot of rebate!!!! If you want a great truck with lots of extras for free (and I mean the good stuff) get over to Santa Paula Chevrolet today for a great deal like the great deal I got for mine. I got more for my trade in than I expected and my payment was lower and my term shorter than I had figured. So now I can drive around in my new red beautiful truck with a really big smile on my face. Saturday my husband and I received a call from Izzy after using the Truecar web site. Izzy asked if we were members of Costco and/or AAA and to give him a call when we were ready. I was so impressed with Izzy on the phone we went to Santa Paula Chevy that same day and spent about 1/2 an hour with him talking about the Traverse and made arrangements to meet him the next day to test drive the car. He asked what we wanted in the traverse and which colors we were interested in. When we got home he called saying he found the LT in a 7 seat, crystal red with cloth seats no pressure from him he just wanted us to know there was a car available how we wanted it. I was amazed how fast he found the car and got back to us. The next day, Sunday, we drove a Traverse and told him we needed time to decide if we were going to take the red LT or one of the 8 seat cars already on the lot. Izzy never and I mean never pressured us to buy any car and told us take our time deciding. That night we decided on the red LT, called Izzy. He had the car brought to the dealership and we purchased the Traverse and drove it home Monday night. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you IZZY! Izzy way amazing, caring, and understanding. He beat everybodys price including Truecar and Costco! We will go back the Santa Paula Chevrolet and most importantly Izzy for our next car!!! I would recommend anyone see him about purchasing a car. Trust Izzy to help you he talks straight and works to get you the best deal.
