My experience at Frassanito Jewlers was excellent. When I was planning on buying an engagement ring I went to many jewelers looking for the right ring. At the recommendation of my sisters fiance I went to Frassanito Jewelers. Diane Frassanito helped me find the perfect ring at a very fair cost! To be honest, the settings she had in stock were not the "right" setting for my now fiance. Diane went through many different designer (mainly Scott Kay) settings she normally didnt stock to make sure that the one I got was the right one for my fiance. After some searching she finally found one that I knew was right. She had the setting over-nighted and the next day I got to see it. Diane put me first, she was patient, helpful, and based on her actions it was clear to me she cared and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I dont know many people in any business who would spend days going out of their way to locate an item their store doesnt sell solely because they care about the customer. Not only did she find a setting just for me but I checked other jewelers that normally stock that setting and she beat their price. I am super happy with the service experience, quality of jewelry, and price of jewelry at Frassanito Jewelers I would recommend them to anyone, especially young men like myself, on a budget and scared to death to buy an engagement ring. You will be happy! Not only was I happy but my fiance cannot stop staring at her ring and I proposed well over a month ago. You will not find a more gratifying compliment then when her friends tell her you have great taste in jewelry and are a keeper! I take some credit but I couldnt have done it without the help of Diane at Frassanito Jewelers. Id always recommend shopping around for a big purchase especially jewelry but definitely stop in here you might just find that youre done shopping around; you will certainly not regret it!!!! And hey if your not too busy while youre there maybe tell them Ben recommended you!

I don’t know too much about jewelry, so I need to go to a store and not just cyber shop it like I do most things. My experience with Frassanito Jewelers has always been a good one. My first experience was buying earrings for my mom a few years ago. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and a price range. They did not give me too many earrings to choose from, making my job easy. My mom still wears those earrings.Now to the present; I wanted to get engaged to my girlfriend on our second year anniversary of our first date. So, of course, I waited till 3 days before I needed the ring, and in the startup of Christmas season. Again I told them what I was up to and a price range. Again, they gave me just a few choices so I could actually choose without being completely overwhelmed. I chose and left with the ring all gift wrapped.They did tell me I needed to do something memorable with the delivery of the ring.So…I invited my girlfriend over for dinner, I had a dozen long stemmed roses, and I was dressed in a suit. She thought that was it, a nice bouquet and dinner reservations; she was a little confused about the suit. I had her stand in my kitchen to wait for another present. I got at my computer and remote controlled my robot to start traveling through the kitchen towards her. She was more confused. As the robot approached her, I had it lift its camera arm up with the ring attached to it, (still in the box with the ribbon and bow.) My girlfriend was thinking I was giving her the robot. I told her there was a box tied to it, and the robot was not the gift! She was so surprised when she opened he box and saw the ring. It took her many minutes to say yes because she was so caught off guard.I am now taking a lot of credit for picking out a beautiful ring when I must credit Rachel Frassanito for making it an easy task.Thanks Frassanito’s!Otto Lombardo

Well, Id like to improve on that by saying, "The best things come in little red gift boxes from Frassanito Jewelers!" On numerous special occasions throughout the past twenty years--beginning with my magnificent engagement ring--I have been presented with exquisitely-crafted pieces of jewelry from this very special establishment in Huntington Village. This family-owned and operated business has become a second family to my family. Rachel, Diane, and Robert relentlessly strive to please their customers, whether its a first-time purchase or a repeat customer. Additionally, Donna, Liz, and Shaina, serving as support staff, are keenly aware of customers needs and desires. The ambience in the store is well-appointed and serene, and one is able to leisurely browse with absolutely no pressure felt. Expertise, discretion, taste, and tact are displayed by the entire staff; its a pleasure to converse with them and elicit their opinions and suggestions. From classic, stately items to edgy, trendy pieces, Frassanito Jewelers has it all. The unique design, the brilliance of a stone, the sophistication and glamour--compliments abound constantly over my jewelry, and I am always thrilled to receive them and eager to tell the admirers all about Frassanito Jewelers. I can unequivocally state that I adore and treasure each and every selection as much as the day I received it! Lovely gifts from Frassanito Jewelers have become a tradition in my marriage throughout the years; moreover, from this tradition, my son has now learned the surefire route to a womans heart . . . so much so that my daughter-in-law now states on special occasions, "I hope I get a little red box from Frassanito Jewelers!" Smart girl!

I called Frassanito Jewelers because I saw a pair of Hearts on Fire earrings that were retired on there web site. Which I once saw in Jamaica and did not buy. Had buyers regret since. Spoke to Shaina who was so sweet and caring and very professional. She informed me that they are retired earrings and that they probably could not be gotten.I told her my Jamaica story. She did take my information and said she would mention the situation to her boss. She was so sorry. I said thanks so much anyway and hung up very disappointed. The next day I got an email from Shaina that she had found my Sweet Dream retired earrings. I was so excited and called her right away. She said after mentioning the situation to Diane her boss that they both searched and found them for me. I could not believe that they went out of their way the way they did for me. I dont know where they found them but so grateful they did. I am in customer service myself and always go above and beyond for clients but dont always experience it back. Shaina and Diane are not only amazing business people they are kind, caring, honest, and compassionate and extremely professional. If you are looking for a gift for that special someone dont look any further go to Frassanito Jewelers and meet Shaina and Diane and you too will know your in good hands and you will have a new jeweler also. I look forward to doing much more business with them in the future and sending all friends and family there as well. They also have the most beautiful and unique jewelery I have ever seen.
