My husband told me about the ring he purchased for me here and Im simply overjoyed! They are positively beautiful! Emerald gemstone with intricate detail and glimmer around the surface. High end jewelry at an affordable price. From the looks of it, I never imagined we would be able to afford something like this, but then my husband explained the cost and it made sense! The Karat Shop was a scintillating experience for us. My husband and I went here to simply browse and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Karat shop had an enormous selection and quality rings that were able to fit my budget. I spoke with Sam and he was very friendly and easygoing. He showcased a few rings to me that I had a mild interest in. I ended up buying one that had an emerald gemstone on it. Just what my wife wanted. I highly recommend this place.

Had two pieces repaired and within a month both pieces were back in for repair . I asked the sales women if I can have half of my original bill refunded for my inconvenience and as good customer service and her rely was " well we are not charging you this time." I laughed and said I will never do business with them again.
