This storess service is abhorrent! I have never written a bad review in my life but my experience with this retailer deserves to be shared. I have a Tissot watch that required a new band and battery so I brought the watch to Busy Bee because this store is a CERTIFIED TISSOT RETAILER. I brought the watch in on a Saturday and they indicated that they would order the band and call me when it was ready. I called the following Monday, over a week later, to check on the watch and it appeared they had forgotten about it. To make a very long sorry short, after visiting the store four (4) times and over six (6) phone calls later I finally got my watch back. I took me nearly ONE MONTH to get my watch back. To make a bad situation worse, I had to call them to learn that my watch was ready! Despite the fact that this store had my contact information, they never contacted me a single time to update me on the status of the watch. I strongly feel that if I never followed up with Busy Bee I would have never gotten my watch back. I found their service to be very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will be contacting Tissot to complain about this store.

Beautiful, professional establishment, and two full grades above the mom-and-pop booth jewelry stores you commonly come across in this area. You notice this as soon as you step foot through the door--beautifully furnished throughout--their selection of jewelry is absolutely stunning with something to offer in every price range. Ive come here time and time again for all my jewelry needs. Theyre the ones to beat in terms of selection and pricing. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, Gary and Ziggy have won my trust time and time again, so much so that I had them custom make a pair of earrings from an image and they happily worked with me start to finish, customizing and tweaking it to fit my needs. The result was completely breathtaking! I was SO happy with the final product! Looked better than the image and totally exceeded my expectations!! Will continue to do business with these guys for their honesty, knowledge of the industry, and not to mention level of skill!!

BUSY BEE JEWELERS IS THE BEST JEWELER YOU CAN FIND!!! My first interaction with BUSY BEE JEWELERS was over 6 years ago when I began shopping for an engagement ring for my wife--while living in BROOKLYN NY! My brother was living in Massapequa and introduced me to Busy Bee as I was looking for a jeweler who would provide quality product, quality service, and competitive pricing. Not only did I get all 3, but I got friends and jewelers for life! My wifes engagement ring, hand-crafted by Busy Bee, was EXACTLY what I had wanted, was created in my budget, and is adored by my wife--and we did the entire process over the phone, mail, and internet. Never in my life have I experienced better customer service, more knowledgeable staff, and friendlier faces in any store in any industry. As a testament to how wonderful the Busy Bee Jewelers

I purchased diamond stub earrings, a diamond wedding band, along with resetting my engagement ring along with other pieces of jewelry. My experience with Busy Bee Jewelry was a pleasant one. Im not the type to spend too much time in one place, even for an expensive purchase. But I was in the Massapequa area and passed by this store on my way home for my moms birthday. I decided to stop in to buy my mom a gift. I started looking around at there pendant collection (which was pretty big) and found a really nice diamond heart pendant. The sales lady was very kind, and explained that I needed to get a sturdy chain and that the weight of the chain didnt matter as much as the style. I picked out a link chain, which the lady said is very strong. Long story short, my mom loved her gift. Thank you Busy Bee!@

We recently purchased a Diamond bracelet from Busy Bee, and had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly and most importantly they were very patient, and thats great because Im a very picky shopper! Moreover, I got a very good deal on the bracelet. I shopped around before I found this place, and Im so grateful that I did. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would also come back here for all my jewelry needs because their selection is huge, and apparently they even do repairs.

Thieves. Had my jewelry stolen by a family member. I didnt press charges and they told me where they sold it. Went to Busy Bee and initially they denied that they had it. When we pushed and told them we would call the police, they came out with it. They paid him $20.00 for a $1,200 diamond necklace and made me pay $700 to get it back. It was all documented. I was reimbursed by the family member and they went into treatment. Pure scum here. Avoid at all costs!!

My best experience ever dealing with a jewelry store. The owner was very knowledgeable and shopping for my wife for Valentines Day he gave me options. I have shopped with them on numerous occasions over the last 10 years. If youre buying a high ticket item its very important to buy from someone you can trust and has been at the same location for a long time and thats why I would always come back too busy bee. I loved the quality of service they provided me.

I came in today to get a watch battery replacement. They only charged me 10 dollars. As I waited, I looked around and saw a rope chain that I liked. I was helped right away and was given an unbeatable price. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always willing to help with whatever you need. I highly recommend stopping by, they have a beautiful selection and it is very hard to not find something you like.

I was recommended to come here from my friends in Queens. I took a 45 minute road trip out to Busy Bee from my neighborhood and I was really happy I did. I bought my girlfriend an animal pendant for her birthday and she LOVED it. The selection here was huge and theres definitely something for everybody. DO NOT GO TO THIS JEWELRY STORE! If you need to return an item they only do it for store credit, and you can not get your cash back however that does not say it on your receipt, only theres! The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, they are constantly talking in a different language around you. After my poor experience I will never go back here EVER again!
