I have been to many stores just like this and this store is by far superior to any. The owners are very friendly and helpful with both purchasing wanted items and selling unwanted items. I purchased a necklace from the beautiful co-owner, Alanna, and she made the experience easy and listened to me so I could end up with what I wanted and showed me many examples, even custom sizing the one I purchased. I bought and sold many collectibles from Eddie and he is always fair. They have Coins, currency and jewelry and if you have any of those items that you dont want, they pay far and above the amount that any other store offered to me. I have sold watches to him and other various unwanted jewelry and always get the fairest and best prices. He is a good honest person and the atmosphere of the place is friendly and warm. It is well decorated and comfortable. I recommend this to be your first and only stop if you have any of the needs I spoke about above.

Collectors Coins & Jewelry excels in quality merchandise and customer service. I was looking for a Rolex watch and Collectors Coin & Jewelry was able to customize one to meet my needs. Collectors added a Mother of Pearl dial with diamonds and the watch was elevated to show-stopping heights. The compliments have been endless! Through telephone and email interactions, the entire transaction was extremely easy and the delivery was prompt. To anyone seeking quality jewelry and outstanding service, I would recommend this vendor without hesitation. Let me add that it makes no difference where a buyer may live. While there may be numerous sellers here in Southern California where I reside, few can compete with Collectors Coins and Jewelry!!

When my Mom passed away I found a number of coins from the early 1900s and late 1800s and I took them to several dealers where I thought I was getting a good deal and one day I passed the Coin Shop on Sunrise Hwy and after comparing estimates I had a better price almost 10/10 times and the few times that I didnt Eddie always matched the price. He was upset at times that I would double check his pricing but this is a good habit for anyone to check pricing. I also took a number of gold items for pricing by weight and always had good prices from Eddie.

I recently reached out to Eddie about trading one of my watches for a Rolex Submariner. Not only was Eddie fair during the trade process but he also communicated with me constantly during the process so that I knew that my money and my watch (new and old) were handled properly. Him being in New York and me being in Chicago we were able to complete the whole process in 2 day. The watch was exactly as described and what I was looking for. Would defenitley reccommend if you are looking for a place to buy/trade your high end watch.

I bought a beautiful Rolex President 118238 from these guys in September of 2016. Dont even question the honesty and integrity of this business. After wiring $14,000 directly to them, I received my incredible watch virtually overnight. What a great deal. The watch is absolutely pristine, and even better than pictured. I went there yesterday 7/28/17. It is nerve wracking when the door to the back is opened multiple times and you hear a dog with uncontrolled barking. One of the times the door opens the dog gets by the worker and was able to gets his front paws on the counter and he got grabbed quickly and brought back into the back room. Nobody apologized and I left right after. This place is not a safe environment. I do not recommend supporting this place.

Went online to check out their inventory Wednesday night, found a great watch (Rolex Submariner w/Date). Received my watch Friday morning! Excellent service, great communication (but not excessive), GREAT price (beat the other six places I researched), no shipping cost, no sales tax. So refreshing to do business with someone honest who does exactly what they said they would. Cant wait to buy another something.

I had three small 14k gold pieces of nose jewelry that most other locations would not even buy from me because it wasnt heavy enough. Although I did not make out with tons of cash for the small amounts of gold I had, I am really glad Eddie was able to buy it from me! He was super friendly and helpful, and its definitely the first place I will go to next time.

This is the place to go hands down especially for DIAMONDS. A+ service. Very honest. buying my wife a new diamond and we came here to sell my older one. I received $1700 more than the jewelry stores in town. I was referred here, and now I know why. And best of all we got a great deal on one that we bought here too. Fair fair fair.
