Arrived at Scion of Louisville on the 04-03-2013 to review and test drive and Scion XB. They had three on the lot. One was 2013 red and the other two was 2012 and white. The one we test drove was white and the one that we bought. The car had 21 miles and the interior had alot of the plastics wrapped on the controls and even one of the seats. After working a deal they run the car around to be detailed. On the way home we noticed the sterring wheel had vibration in it that was pretty bad. I called the salesman before they closed and told him about it. He told us to bring it in and have the service department look at it. I told my wife to drive it back up there today. She dropped the car off and waited for several hours when they finally talked to her they explained that they found nothing wrong. They did notice that the front wheel alignment was badly off. They aligned the front end and let her take the car. She went to the gas station and noticed there was scratches on the front quarter panel of the car that was not there before she dropped off the car. She took it back and pointed it out to the service manager whom explained to her that he is not taking blame for it but will detail the car to remove. He explained that many people own a car and never notice things like that until they bring it into a shop to have repairs done. We have owned the car for less than 24 hours and only drove it home and back. I showed the car to people that night before we brought it back. These scratches were not there before my wife dropped the car off. They told her that they will take care of the car and bring it back in several days. The front end is is better but still has a shake at certain speeds. Sounds like tire balance issues. I wonder if the car has been dealer preped as I have been charged for in the deal. I am giving the dealer fair chance to correct anything that is wrong with this car. I know that things happen but reputation is built off of actions afterward a deal not promises before. I will keep posting the results of this car deal as it unfolds.

Shockingly hassle-free experience. I called and talked numbers on a Sunday about a specific vehicle I found on their site. I walked through what another dealer offered and what I wanted. Tom came in just under what I wanted. On Tuesday, I had an appointment with Joseph. All numbers matched the phone call so Joseph walked over the vehicle with me before we started paper work to make sure I was happy with it and it had the features I expected. It did. They had it close to completely detailed based on my appt. Under two hours later I was driving off the lot with my trade-in gone, my paperwork and financing wrapped, the car gassed and detailed and Joseph having taken time to show me how all my electronics and features worked. Better yet, by Friday of the same week, my other car loan was showed as being paid off. Given how bad my last car buying experience was, it was shocking and incredible. I literally kept waiting for someone to come over as we did paper work and Joseph assembled my manuals with a gotcha moment...it never came. Truly incredible to see someone make a deal, hold the deal, respect your time, give you exactly what you asked for, and then...actually care that you feel great about everything. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

just wanted to take a moment to let you know about my dealings with David Bramley and Toyota of Louisville. I had spent several weeks looking for a car and my frustration level was growing. I had been to several dealerships you showed very little interest in dealing with me after hearing what I was trying to do or had dealerships try to increase my payment goal by 75 dollars a month and kept me an there an hour trying to convince me. When I arrived at Toyota I was greeted by David who took a few moments to try and figure out what I needed. After explaining what I wanted he seemed a little frustrated and said he wasnt sure if he could help. He explained he was new there because his dealership had just closed down there recently and he wasnt totally sure what he could do. He went in and talked with his manager and pulled up this very nice Corolla for me to look at. It was pretty much better than anything anyone else had showed me and I was fairly certain it would exceed my budget. We drove it and I absolutely loved it. When he showed me the payments they were actually lower than my top end dollar I said I would spend. I was ecstatic. To make things even better once we agreed to terms the paperwork went by very quickly. I couldnt be more pleased.

get the carfax right away!!!!! I was trying to buy a red corolla and they said we cant deal on the red one but, we can on a green one. I test drove it and liked it, signed the paperwork and I asked where the carfax was and they said there website was down. I said I want to see the carfax and they said they couldnt print it out, I said let me see it on the computer. the salesman tryed to scroll right by the big orange exclaimation sign like he didnt see it. i said what is that, he said what?????? i said that big exclaimation sign. The car had hit a deer. I said you wasnt going to tell me? He acted stupid. I had already signed the papers so it was too late. I asked to speak to supervisor and told him I didnt like how they lied to me and didnt tell me. I told him what if I found a suspension problem later from the accident and he said they would stand behind it bull !!!! I said I said I wanted it in writing and he didnt want to write anything. He wrote on a paper if I had it checked out in 5 days and I found a problem they would fix it. What happened to they would stand behind it?? they are crooks and will lie to you dont buy there!!!!!!!!! Jeff Wyler has good reviews online but I didnt want to go across the river but, I will next time.

I just picked up a 2015 Tundra TRD PRO from this dealership, and while the sales rep (Mike) was pleasant and patient. The manager he brought in to try to work out a deal with us WAS NOT. He was very rude, and very uninformative (his name is Tim I believe). THE ONLY REASON I still got the truck was because Mike called me back after I left the dealership VERY FRUSTRATED and apologized for his manager and even admitted that the manager had "accidentally" misinformed me, and that he would get with his other manager the next day. The following day when we went back to Toyota, the original manager (Tim?) did not even come up and apologize for giving us 100% FALSE INFORMATION. Finally a different manager named Dean came and was very professional and informative. Both him and Mike worked out many different options to help, but the fact that my first impression was so awful and honestly would not have bought the vehicle based on my interaction with Tim! I could not give a higher rating. ITS SAD WHEN A SMALL GROUP RUINS THE REPUTATION AND CREDABILITY OF OTHERS.
