I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is a very dishonest lot. They will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale but then be very rude if you have an issue. We bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta here in November. A week later they had to tow it in. They gave us some story about it was the battery in the key causing the problem and replaced it. A week later they had to tow it again to the ford dealership. Ford thought it was a recall relating to the transmission. The dealership assured me they would take care of the issue from the beginning....several times. Now after several trips in for service Ford says its a different issue that was causing the problem from the beginning and I have to pay. CARS DIRECT REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF IT DESPITE ASSURING ME THAT THEY WOULD!!! Our salesmen Nick refused to let me speak to the owner. He said the owner didnt talk to customers and the manager was just going to say no as well. They assured me that since this issue happened within 30 days of purchase they would take care of it. It is not my fault it took Ford 2 months to figure it out. This issue has been happening since 1 week after we bought the car. So dont buy a car here. If you have issues they turn their back on you if you have an issue. There are no lemon laws in ky for used cars so they have that to fall back on. Once you sign its over and these folks dont care about people. If they did there would be some way to place a complaint with the owner.

Came here yesterday (3/6/17) to look at inventory. The first thing I was asked was what I was looking for. I said "something small, good on gas & preferably an automatic." The first thing the guy says to me is "well what about this 5 speed manual Kia Soul". Told him I didnt want a stick that I didnt know how to drive one: he assured me my friend could teach me & told my friend to test drive the car I would be buying. Why would I buy a vehicle that I couldnt test drive? The tire pressure lights where on, the airbag lights where flashing & the battery was completely dead. While I was standing there, another man came in saying the car he bought 2 weeks ago, had stopped running & the battery wasnt holding charge. They proceeded to tell him he had to BUY a new battery but with a warranty, they are supposed to replace those things. For free. There was also an employee named Kamal Hogan. He was arguing in the lobby with his "baby mama" cussing her out. Needless to say these people are going to tell you what they want you to drive. Not what you want to. They will not allow you to speak, & they will give you the worst car buying experience you will ever whiteness. PLEASE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR LOT!

A family member brought me to this car lot. I did purchase a vehicle from this lot and the next day I decided to bring the car back. The finance person told me, " they do not take cars back" I didnt understand - it had only been one day. The person working my deal told me that I wouldnt have to pay for a warranty - that it would be bumper to bumper---the next day when I was trying to make the best decision, I questioned him about how much the warranty was he said that it would be added to the loan--I asked him why he lied to me and told me I didnt have to pay for a warranty. As with car lots like these, they are over priced and high mileage. Do yourself a favor, research before you go to any car lot. When I pointed out that the car that I liked was 3 thousand over the average priced--they quickly changed the subject. So not only did I pay for the warranty, I paid 3 thousand dollars extra---and I could not back out of the deal-even after a day. Since then I have learned that the individuals working my loan are no longer employed at this lot. It doesnt matter. You cant trust people who are only think of themselves--yes they are in business to make money, but at what cost?

Id say they are the best in town I bought my car from them and put the exact amount the bank wanted down and got the payment I wanted with a warranty. Hadnt had a problem with the car I bought. All but one recall but that wasnt the dealers fault only the manufacturer. All the rest of the little things I understood BC its a USED car not new. But all around everyone is great from the sales to the owner. But at the end of the day I picked my car and had it checked before I bought it so Im responsible if anything happens.

Paying $420 a month for a 2013 Mazda 2 with 45,000 miles with $1000 down! This is bs and way overpriced. Go ahead and check the kbb Ill wait.... You see where its only a little over 5k why are we paying 20k. Wish I could sue the pants off of these hustlers. They dont tell you the price of the car until the end and even then they try to get you to sign quickly and keep you talking so you dont read everything carefully. Bunch of terrible hustlers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I am a Hispanic lady. They took my car keys and wont let me leave. I have to demand my keys , I left and they kept my car registration. I am going back to get that. They try to force me to give them 1,0000 dollars to " start the deal" for a car with very poor tires on that i didnt want. All woman be aware of this car dealership intimidating practices. Dont go alone or dont go at all. Walk away there are better more respectful places to shop for car for us ladys.

I bought a car, paid $6,000 cash, and the clutch went out pretty much as soon as I drove off the lot. I called the office for help, and the only help I got was the manager giving me a hard way to go. I am a single woman, and they saw me coming, and sold me a car that was NOT safe to drive! !! I also have had issues with the title and tags. .have NOT RECEIVED THEM YET, after 3 months! This place should be shut down by the state Attorney General!

My husband and I are expecting our first child and decided it was time for a larger vehicle. Cars Direct was the first and only place we looked. The deal we received was incredible with a staff performance to match. Chris, Bill, and everyone else we came into contact with was so personable and professional that I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

This car lot as most car lots are a bunch of crooks. You would be better off stealing a car before buying a car from these crooks. From the cheap not checked out auction cars they sell to people and there Piss poor finance manager Monty. Stay away you have been warned. **************BEWARE*******************
