I had the worse experience with Circus Auto Sales, I felt as though they sold me a lemon, the car started to have serious transmission problems right at the "6month Warranty" mark, when I went back to speak with them regarding the situations, they explained there was nothing they could do to help. so they expected me to continue to make payments on a car that wasnt reliable, mind you, I was never late on my payments and I took great care of the car. I resort to talking with John which is the Owner and also happen to be the guy who sold me the "reliable" car and he was no help at all, wasnt willing to work through this situation at all. I wouldnt reccommend this place to noone. This place is by far a place where they prey on the people with not so good credit and just sale you anything. Never again will I ever do business with them and if I were you, I wouldnt either.

I didnt have a horrible experience. However, recently I began to have troubles with my vehicle. After running codes the mechanic asked me how long my check engine light had been on. I told him it had never come on. Well, come to find out my vehicle had no check engine light. It had been disconnected. I went in to their lot with the understanding that it was a buy-here pay-here lot. I have had no problems with my vehicle until this point. They worked with me if I couldnt pay my payment on time. I was completely satisfied up until this point. I wasnt even upset about the vehicle needing work. I, however, am upset that they were purposely deceitful. They KNEW they were selling it with no check engine light. And, they did it to purposely deceive the customer that bought the car. That person just happened to be me.

I had to give at least a star to write a review. I do not recommend circus auto at all. Things were going good till my car was in the shop for a month, my husband also bought his car from them before mine broke we missed one payment on both cars due to personal reasons, they shut my husband car down without notice. He was stranded at work so we had it towed to them so they could find out what was wrong. I called to find out an update I was told they shut it off because we missed one payment " are you kidding me". When I talked to the finance office they said there was nothing they could do for me and if we wanted the car we would have to go to the auction with cash and buy it back, and still owe the difference in what they got off the auction.

I thought it was going to be a long time for approval to leaving the lot but was very happy that I found a car and test drove and was able to work with the staff to get a payment I could budget. I have bought used cars in the past and I must say this was the best experience. The friendly staff(all!) was so good to us. You can tell they are not paid on commission because they did not try to rudh us into something. I would recommend anyone to go here. if you have 500 or 5000 to spend. Thank you Bruce for floowing up with us or we may of went elsewhere, thank you to the on-line crew who made it easy to find a couple I wanted to look at before getting to the lot. I was ripped off .... they sold me a car that seemed ok in summer but first snow of the year I found out how bad the car really was... I learned quickly I had no heat but worse was the fact the driver side window was not sealed & snow blow from the hood of my car into my face. when I mention this to rep from the lot she said that is not her job & told me those who do that would not be in when I came to make my payment. this on top of screwing up my payment due date to be the opposite week of my pay week.

Horrible experience with this company. I just had my vehicle repoed but the person they hired hit me with my own car. Circus doesnt care about anything other than making the money. They will cheat and lie their way into getting you in a crappy car and then make you pay 500+ a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I hope its okay that Ive never actually been. Nor have I done business with circus auto. But I most likely never would. I just wanted to say that I absolutely hate the commercials and that they are literally the most annoying things ever. I literally mute the television and avert my eyes because I cant stand them. They suck.

Thought I could trust them, however when I decided not to go through with a trade in, I paid to have my car towed back home. Little did I know I few weeks later after having my mechanic look at my car, the car I purchased my self, the towing lot stole my new battery from my car... worst experience ever. They are snakes.

I bought my last car through AutoSmart which I do not recommended for anyone but here at Circus I felt like I was in and out of there. I wasnt given a run around I went to look at a certain vehicle and left with it. I recommend Circus Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good reliable car.

DONT BUY FROM HERE! HORRIBLE PLACE! CARS ARE WAY OVER PRICED. THIS WHOLE TIME I THOUGHT I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS TO MY CAR AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY $500 MONTHLY PAYMENTS WERE GOING TO SOMETHING NEW EVERY TIME SMH. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT CAR ABOUT HELPING YOU!!!
