I cannot begin to describe how awful my experience was at this furniture store. I ordered a wonderful table that I loved in June. I was still waiting for the chairs that go with it in December. Finally I returned the furniture only to have to constantly call the furniture store to try to get my money back. Now I am in the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company and the BBB. Not only were they difficult to work with but they continually lied about the status of my order saying it would be in at a certain date when it never came. Lastly, I would leave message after message trying to communicate with the store. Sometimes I would wait days before hearing from them.

purchased and item on July 10th, which they took a deposit for. canceled the item on july 11th and was told the charge would be taken off the following monday. it is now almost a month later and the charge has still not been removed. everytime i call i get an answering machine. i will be contacting the BBB soon if this is not resolved in the next couple days.

Has been in business in the community at the same location for many years staff is knowledgeable pricing okay shop around if you find something lower talk to staff usually something can be done
