The most pushy rude salesmen ever. As soon as me and my wife entered the store we told the saleswomen we just wanted to look around and she would not leave us the hell alone. Once we found a mattress we liked she asked how much we were going to put down on it, i told her i was not interested in it today and would have to wait for my next paycheck. She instantly told us we cant do that because she might not be there to get our sale. After we insisted that i wasnt going to give her a dime that day she yelled over her shoulder at the manager that " they cant pay anything today they have to wait for their money" which was embarrassing to say the least. Never in my life will I go back to a mattress firm!

John the Sales person is so awesome. I had to do a warranty exchange from a 215 purchase. He treated me like i was buying a $10,000 mattress even thought it was a small price exchange. He let me try out every bed, he made suggestions of which would be best for my type of sleeping patterns. I had a small problem with a missed delivery call and he was very helpful with getting them here. Upon delivery I noticed a small tear on the side & called John. He was very help again in arranging a new exchange. Always ask for JOHN! Love him..... DBT - East Stroudsburg, PA

Be very careful when ordering from this store. There is a guy by the name of Mike who works here and he scammed my girlfriend and I by saying we purchased a mattress pad when it said on the receipt that we clearly didnt order one and he threatened to charge our account if we didnt return it (when we didnt even get one) then we asked to speak to a manager and he told us that he was the manager of the store which we later found out that he wasnt. Definitely never going to shop here ever again.

clean store, lots of different choices but you really have to watch the staff. Told us we could return if we didnt like it but when we tried they said in the small print we could only return the mattress not the $1500 base. That was a costly demo to say the least. Will never never go back.
