I would give it a 5 star review, but one thing really bothered me to the point to give it a 2. Service was great, customer service was good and friendly. Prices were fair and comparable. Lots of deals in the back. But they have a super creepy armed security guard walking around constantly. The most expensive shoes I saw in there were $120. Do they really need an armed sercurity guard? Plus they have a sign on the door that says no guns in the store...it irked me so bad because I have a concealed carry permit and after seeing the creepy armed guard walking around wished I had carried. The shoe station is located in a parking lot that has local police in it or within 1 minute of it pretty much constantly during their open hours. Its not in a bad part of town and nothing they sell should require an armed guard; but the armed guard would be so bad if he wasnt some creepy stalker looking guy trying to pretend hes a cop. Get rid of your creepy security guy, please!

The manager wouldnt even hear me out when I was trying to do an exchange. Everyone isnt trying to get over. I didnt ask for my money back, I just wanted shoes that fit properly like the ones I purchased before at this store. Its sad to say that if I had been DISHONEST, the exchange would have taken place. I will take my honest money elsewhere. You live and you learn. On a good note, why I rated two stars-the cashier, the person who sold me the shoes 10 days ago, was so sweet and apologetic for the way the manager treated me.

Normally.. This isnt something I would do.. But the young girl that helped me was beyond rude. I asked her to help me find the coupons on my phone.. She said I had to download an app... Kept ringing up my shoes. She waved her hands and said I cant help you with that.. Then... Said I have already done your order now. My husband was ready to return the shoes right then... We had spent a long time finding them.. Her name on the receipt says Bethany.. She needed to go home.

Ive been here not once but twice and I love this store. Very clean and comfy atmosphere. Nice selection of shoes. And most of all: PERFECT PRICES. I will shop here agin.

Store is run down and doesnt have a great selection. Do yourself a favor and visit the Shoe Station in Montgomery (Eastchase) instead.
