I went into the Smyrna Red Wing never having owned a pair of their boots before. I somewhat knew what I wanted because of my uncle (who I work with as a mechanic). He has had his Red Wings for going on 7 years. He has two pairs that he cycles for summer/winter. He loves them and has had them both resoled a few times over the years. I had a wonderful experience with Megan, who took the time to check my size and width. There was no pressure to buy. I did buy my Red Wing 604s and cant wait to try them out. I will review again after a few months on the boots. They are pretty much perfect out of the box. Thanks again to the girls at the Smyrna Red Wing for outstanding customer service.
