I took my son for his first pair of converse yesterday. We started at jcpennys, but they didnt have his size. So, we went out into the mall, and found Journeys immediately and went in. The guys in there were both very nice and willing to help, but the one that helped us was Johnny (Im sorry I didnt catch the other fellas name). He was very knowledgeable about what my son wanted and he even showed him the "cool way" to lace his shoes. He treated him like a little brother. We left there feeling very confident about our purchase. We will definitely be back! I hope all your employees are this great!
