The appeal and the service of the store is very good but the quality of the shoes I bought were awful. I only wore the shoes around the summit after I bought them and to my car but upon getting home, we realized the bottoms were already coming off. We tried to return them and they told us they dont return already worn shoes. I wore them for maybe 2 hours after I bought them. They were $40 Liz Claiborne flats. Either its the brand or the store but Ill never shop there again until I get my refund.
