Let me preface this review by saying Im not the kind of person who regularly reviews businesses. That said, the quality of the service that I received at Tradehome Shoes was truly exemplary! Ive had some lingering problems with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and decided it was time to bite the bullet, get my feet sized properly, and talk to someone that knows about shoes. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. At Tradehome Shoes, there is a reasonably decent selection of Chacos, Taos, Asics and other such brands for people who need a pair of good, supportive shoes. Also at Tradehome are consummate professionals like Tiler and Robert who will: 1) get you in the correct size of shoes, 2) provide you with a variety of options to meet your needs, and 3) entertain you with humor and their weirdly passionate opinions on footwear. Honestly, I feel like I learned a lot about what will and will not work with my feet and the particular problems that I experience. I left the store with THE most comfortable and supportive shoes and insoles Ive ever worn. Assuming the On Cloud shoes that I left with hold up (I have every expectation they will, especially after they sprayed them with additional protectant in the store), I am elated I made the impulse trip to Tradehome Shoes...and I say that as someone who was planning to purchase a totally different pair of cheaper shoes! Highly recommend checking these guys out!

Really knowledgeable sales people that are willing to give you service that you just dont find now days. They also always have something new that other stores in the mall just dont sell. I was impressed with the great kids selection of shoes as well. I will return to this store again.

The shoes are very good quality. Extremely comfortable. Whenever we come to the store we have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We dont need to go to any other shoe store. This is our one stop shop destination. Highly recommended!! Come see these guys and they will take great care of you!!

When you go in there to look, the sales people immediately jump down your throat. Its obnoxious! I know you dont care about what I do for a living or how the weather is outside. Just let me shop. I wont be returning to any Tradehome. Ever.
