This place is amazing especially when it comes to customer service and quality work. Super friendly people too. I had a custom pendant hand made from them and it came out AMAZING. They listened to what I wanted, showed me some beautiful design ideas, then after choosing what I liked best, they custom designed a beautiful pendant. There arent enough good/positive things I can say about The Jewelry Store. Most definitely the first place I will go to for repairs and/or custom work from now on.

This is the best jewelry store and repair. They have fixed numerous items for me. Always impeccable work detail and price is way beyond fair. Cant beat the price for watch batteries either. My mother in law brought watches from SC because the price was so good. Denise is always friendly, fair, and honest. I cant say enough about them and the service Ive received.

I had asked the owner of the store if he was able to make me solid gold plugs, after a little conversation he said he could do it and they got it done! All the members of the staff are incredibly nice and they make you feel important, Im only buying things from here from now on.
