I was very appalled of the customer service I received from the Salesperson when I went into the Brandon store to purchase an Ani & Alex bracelet for a co-worker. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store and my selection was made very quickly with the Salesperson with henna on her hand, because my co-workers and I had already decided this would make a very nice graduation gift for the monies we collected in our dept. As we were wrapping things up, the salesperson asked, if I had an account with them and I advised "yes". At this time, a couple came in the store and the woman told her, they were there to pick up her ring. The salesperson acknowledged the man that was with her by calling out his name and said “Hi”. As I approached the counter, the salesperson told me "oh Ill check you out once I finish up with them." I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The thought of them just walking into the store and now I needed to wait!!! At this time, I didnt say anything because I didnt believe I heard her correctly. Then the salesperson said, “Let me go get their layaway” and she left and she came back very quickly. At this time, I say to her "Are you ready for me" and she said it again, “I will check you out once I finish with them.” I told her very calmly, “Thats not RIGHT, I was here before them and also ready to check out before she started with them.” She then said, the other girl was new and she needed to help her with the check out. For me, that should not be the excuse to stop assisting me to go help her with a customer that just walked in. That still didnt make it right!!!! I believe she was suppose to say to THEM, I will help her as soon as Im finish with my customer Im working with, or even ask me if she could assist the other salesperson with the transaction since she was new, but NO..... When I told her again it wasnt right or fair all she could say was "Im sorry". I guess she was never taught first come, first serve in her training. I guess she felt since they were most likely spending more money, they could jump the line. Unfortunately, we live in a world with people full of bias, prejudice and ignorance, which I refuse to overlook and not say anything. The good thing about this situation was; I was able to quietly walk out of the store very calmly knowing, I will not do business with them again, I could make the same purchase at a different jeweler at the same price (which I did), I will let others know of my treatment received at this store and by that salesperson and I will gladly take my money and my business elsewhere. Thanks but NO thanks.

I love Kiefer Jewelers! Plain and simple, they are without a doubt the funnest place to buy bangles and sparklies..ever! Every, single person in the shop knows my name, what I love, whats my favorite and what special thing will make me smile. I even get the sweetest, cutest, hand written (with sketches included!) cards in the mail! I didnt think people actually still took the time to write cards, affix a stamp and send a piece of mail. The courtesy, kindness and values demonstrated by each person who works at Kiefers reflects so well on the family behind the business. Feels a little like stepping back in time to a more genteel place where the focus is on the relationship and not the ticket price. I dont have adequate adjectives to properly say how highly I think of and recommend Kiefer Jewelers!

Dear Alex, we were satisfied with Lexis Excellent service and sales service to us when we were there last time. BUT we were NOT happy with an appraisal we were given of a ring, we BOUGHT there. We were given JUST a $ 50.00 appraisal, we were going to trade the ring on a $ 400 or 500 ring for Peggys birthday. We were VERY disappointed and frankly, very hurt. I think, since most of the original reps have gone their way, weve thought of seeking another store for our jewelry wants. Sorry, if thats the way we feel, we really missed Steve and when you guys took over we thought we really you guys were it, until everyone started to leave. Well continue to see Lexi, but not if were insulted like we were. You know me, I tell like it is Miss Alex, I will always. We still miss you.

I suspected a loose diamond in my ring.. Out of convenience I stopped in Kay jewelers in the mall and had it looked at and it was confirmed as well as I was given a ridiculous price instantly. I left and found my way to this amazing place.. my first interaction with them was over the phone, I spoke with Bob! Great guy! He was able to picture my ring and what I was describing was wrong and give my a fair price range for what I needed all over the phone. I dropped it off and was told it would be a week from that Saturday and I received a call Tuesday that it was finished!! I have never seen it so beautiful before.. am very pleased!!! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I needed a link removed from my watch and happened to walk by this place. When I asked the woman inside how much it would cost to do this, she said between $10-$20 depending on how many links were removed. I figured since one link was removed it would be $10. However, I was charged $20, which I think is outrageous for a service like this. When I was waiting, I was followed around the store by a guy who was at the register and asked several questions. I felt like I was given a sales pitch when I was just there to have my watch fixed. Based on this experience, I will not return to this store.

I brought my ring in for sizing and I was given the best care. While waiting for the cost, the associate gave me a tour of the store and explained to me some of the items I was interested in looking at for possible future purchase. I never felt and pressure to buy from any of the associates. When I came to pick up my ring I was so pleased with the outcome and they asked to clean my other rings which I agreed and wow what sparkle. I will from time to time bring in my jewelry for cleaning.

Anytime that we have shopped at Kiefer Jewelers, every member of the staff has been very attentive and eager to help. When shopping for my daughters graduation present, they listened to our needs and went out of their way to help make sure we purchased the best gift suited for our daughter. Their follow up with phone calls and personalized thank you cards really makes you feel like a valued customer and important to them, not something that you find at any store these days.

Every upset!! I picked out a ring for my birthday, was convinced to put it on layaway to hold it instead of coming back for it. Which was fine but no one bothered to tell me that it wouldnt be sized until we paid for it. So we went back down to pay for so it could be sized. Was told it would take a week...now longer no one calls to let you know what is going on. Now my birthday has come and gone and still waiting on ring!
