Ive tried spending money here 3 times over the last 10 years and every time I try I get the same old woman who claims to know nothing about anything is unable to provide any ball park on pricing. So you go in to the store and you get the pleasure of dealing with her in person in which she is condescending and acts like you are an idiot and tries to show you items you can buy across the street or at a chain jeweler for 50% less and tries to blow smoke at you that their stuff is better - baloney. They hometown service boils down to taking a week to do a simple sizing. Come on. Save your money and effort and go Kay or Rogers.

First, ignore any bad reviews because they are wrong. This place is wonderful and does incredible customized work! My parents, grandparents and great grandparents have gone to this local jeweler because of their wonderful service, high quality products, attention to detail and ability to customize your jewelry to your needs and desires. I have now gone to them for both my wedding rings and engagement rings and they are wonderful. Forget the chains - these people care here and its not about sell, sell, sell and commission.

The best jewelers in the business. My grandfather, my mother and now I all go to Nielsens Jewelers. I wouldnt trust my jewelry to anyone else. Carl makes the most beautiful one of a kind pieces, hes doing that now for my mom with her rings. Dont go anywhere else.

Very friendly atmosphere. Youre not jumped on as soon as you enter the store. My wifes earring that she purchased at another store the stud had broke and they fixed it at low reasonable cost. And fixed a pin on her wedding ring at no cost.
