Just left after a very uneducated and rude saleswoman basically convinced me NOT to buy anything because it would cost too much and Id get too little. Sherry said the trade in program was a great way to graduate my band and then I get this jerk who tells me I bought my wedding band at too good of a price 9 years ago and now everything went up so all I could do was trade in my 1/2 carat band for a 1/4 carat band AND pay an additional $500 bucks, seriously?! She kept trying to push us off on Ken who was working with someone else. Too bad she didnt have a nametag so I could call out her incompetence by name. Just lost good customers...

Military Members Beware of the Bond Jewelers’ Warranty SCAM. Came back from deployment, was told I missed too many “so called Inspections / cleanings” last time I was in there all they did was look at the ring, type my info in, clean it, and handed it right back, there was no inspection. They stand behind their products? Well until you miss a few inspections, then they want to refuse the warranty and plating service and charge you 100 bucks to re-instate it but only if it has not gone too long without an inspection! Really? You might want to think twice before you buy from them, I will never shop here again.

I will NEVER shop at this store again. I bought 2 Pandora bracelets along with charms and went into the store because 1 of the charms fell off multiple times and I have already talked with them before about the issue and I didnt even receive an apology nor to offer a replacement for it coming off and losing it for good. I was only asked if I would like to buy a cheaper charm and gamble losing it. All I can say is THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR GOOD especially after I spent over $500.00 in the store in just 1 day. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Juan Conchiero and Frankie Pethel Brandt were just amazing! I took my daughters boyfriend in to pick out a gift for her, and the two of them sat down with us and showed us several pieces and gave us tons of ideas until we found the perfect thing for her. The quality of both the service and the jewelry is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a special item for a gift or for themselves.

Employees are pushy to make a quick sale. The manager Dawn sucks up to all "her" customers, and bends company policies for her own benefit. Ken, the only male who works at this location is a homophobe, so if you are LGBTQ I wouldnt suggest working with him. Christine and Sherry are the nicest long-term employee this branch has, so if you decide to still shop here go see them.
