I am not fake review. I was told of how you took advantage of a family in mourning by not providing them the stones of their mother who recently passed. Once the merchandise is returned to the family, I will revise my review. Here is a copy of what has been said on FB. Sorry for the long post..I will try to make it as short as I can. For any of my Zephyrhills, Dade City, and Wesley Chapel friends, if you use " The Jeweler" jewelry store in Zephyrhills please consider taking your business elsewhere. Weve begun going through and trying to wrap up moms things. My mother was a jewelry fanatic and over the years has made her own jewelry as well as collected loose stones to have pieces made. Im guessing at some time frames here but over a year ago, she took a lot of her loose stones to Mark Maccio the owner of the store and had a couple of pieces made. Well she left them there and told him he could choose some he liked and shed get the rest. I didnt know he still had them until she mentioned around Thanksgiving that he still had them and she needed to go back up and get them. Her health started to go down hill around this time and she never made it back up or called (not that I think it would have made a difference). Richard went up yesterday and asked for them and he refused and said mom gave them to him. I went up today and wasnt quite as nice. He told me the stones werent going anywhere. I told him she said you could have some, not all. He told me she should have called or come up. I told him I told her that but her health dictated otherwise. I told him Id would let everyone know how he took advantage of her kindness. He then had the nerve to say it was us taking advantage of her death. Needless to say that didnt go over well and told me to get out of his store. My mother was trusting to a fault and never thought people wouldnt do what they said..this man knows damn well she didnt offer him all of them. This is purely a principal issue, as we would just have given them to someone who love and appreciate them. Richard has asked me to let this go, so I will and I know mom would want me too as well. This is not an honest person and took advantage of a woman who was too kind and trusting.

Today I brought my Michael Kors watch to Mark and he was so kind and courteous because he stopped what he was doing to quickly and successfully change out my old battery for a new. When I GPSd The Jeweler in Zephyrhills, it brought me to the Tractor Supply and I realized that the jewelry shop I was looking for was smack dab right in the middle of the plaza, between Hobby Lobby and Tractor Supply. Michelle and Mark, thank you for much for giving me an amazing first impression and for taking care of me so quickly. Youve got a new regular!

DO NOT COME HERE, All THESE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE. I brought a nice watch in to have a battery replaced, he didnt know how to remove the back so he pried on it and left pry marks on it. When I questioned his work he got up and got loud and asked me "what are you going to do about it" and told me to leave his store. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

The Jeweler provided a wonderful experience for me and my family. Customer service was great and prices are best in town. The service I needed was provided for 1/2 the price of what i was quoted from the competitor down the road. This is the best jewelers to take your jewelry for repairs extremely affordable and so friendly so far they have fixed 3 rings a watch and i another ring and watch for them as soon as i get the gem stone back in a new setting which is what they are currently working on for me
