I will say, most of the staff was absolutely incredible. I was greeted joyously by the sales workers in the front of the store (the security guard was very kind). I came in a few weeks ago and looked around to find a gift for my newly announced brother-in-law. However, I felt extremely uncomfortable with one of the sales assistants. I do not remember his name, perhaps he told me his name was Javier? Nonetheless, there was an air of unprofessionalism and attitude so rather than shop at the back of the store, I chose to stay in the front (which was a splendid idea, as I had gained a lot of knowledge through one of the male sales people, as well as the manager - I wish I had remembered his name. If it helps in any way, the non-manager appeared to be an Asian male). Although I did not purchase anything, I feel as though my experience at the store should be considered important. Especially for a well known brand as Tiffanys, I expected an overall pleasant trip. I hope that the management will rid of those who belittle those who appear to not afford the best of the best, as Javier treated me. I will not tolerate such behavior.

Extremely amazing service. When we walked in, the greeter welcomed us and was super friendly, and the whole time we were walking around the store, there were people asking us if we needed help with anything. As we were about to leave the greeter asked us if we had gotten our picture taken with the Tiffany Christmas tree yet and he even took some pictures of us in front of the tree. He then went behind the counter and gave us Tiffany bags with a little gift inside as a Christmas gift, because he knew we wouldnt be back before Christmas.

I normally dont leave reviews, but today was an exception Day. The hospitality I received was absolutely incredible. I walked in with my daughter(9years old) Whom was made feel like a little queen! Thank you "REBECCA LUI" and the rest of the Tiffinys staff. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Amazing service. Christina not only helped is right away on a repair for a piece for my wife but even went as far to make dinner reservations for us based on conversation. Just an amazing experience and evidence of why their service is superior!!
