I took my necklace in for a clasp repair. One side was worn and broken. I was priced $28 to fix and that it would take a couple days, this was on a Friday. I finally got a call a week later that my necklace was ready for pick up. My husband picked it up and when I looked at it, the other connection ring was almost worn/broken. Why did the jeweler not see that? I live in Wesley Chapel so it is not close to take it back. My husband took it to a place here in town and that jeweler seen right away that the other connection ring was almost broken and that the other half of the clasp was worn out also. This local jeweler priced me to fix both items that this jeweler didnt for only $18 and I will have it back in just two days. This is not good practice if you ask me.

If you want to be ripped off you have come to the right place. Joe Grimes will ensure that you leave his store with less value in your life than you brought in with you. He will mislead you with a fancy sales pitch and even if you do your research and negotiate a fair price, he will overcharge you when you come for pick up. He is not trying to help you he is trying to rob you.
