I LOVE Boyd Jewelers!!!! I am a jewelry fanatic. Everything from broken chains, rings, etc. have been repaired without issue. A gazillion batteries replaced too. I have purchased a Citizens Watch, an Emerald Pendant and Chain that was set by Jeff and hasnt budged in its delicate setting, a 2 carat marquise diamond ring, and several other chains and pieces. They have also done my appraisals, and have even accommodated a 3rd party sale for me of one of my pieces. I will go no where else. I can say that if ANYONE has a problem with Jeff or Dan, or Boyd Jewelers in general, I would question your intentions. Thank you for giving me a safe, honest place to buy high quality jewelry from, and leave my sentimental pieces with. I never have to worry with them, and I have sent my friends, clients, children and family members to them.

When I first moved to the area I asked a friend for a referral to a smaller, local owned jewelry store as I prefer to deal locally. I was referred to Boyd Jewelers and I literally could not be any happier! I was able to purchase the perfect wedding band for my husband there and they not only straightened my wedding band that got bent they also cleaned it and made it look brand new! I would suggest Boyd to anyone and everyone. They are such nice, professional, courteous and honest people. The store is always so clean, their jewelry is absolutely stunning and their prices are wonderful! Before you believe the "nasty" reviews on here I would suggest walking in the store for yourself and you will see they beat the competition by far more than 5 stars!

I live right at 20 miles away and have many choices in jewelry stores but Boyd is the ONLY one I will deal with! 5 stars is not sufficient they deserve far more than that! I have made purchases there, I have had repairs done there and they have cleaned pieces of my jewelry there and I was beyond pleased with every single transaction. You are greeted with a smile the moment you walk in the door, the prices are beyond reasonable, they have some of the most unique pieces I have ever seen. I literally cannot imagine ever dealing with another jeweler. PLEASE do not believe these negative post! People always say life is about first impressions so go to Boyd and see for yourself they are absolutely the best! #TeamBoyd

After an unsatisfactory visit to another local jeweler, luckily, I visited Boyd Jewelers and found knowledgeable, experienced and friendly owners. I had a few loose diamonds that I wanted put together in a new ring. Jeff expertly looked at each one, explained their 4 Cs, compatibility and made suggestions. This was not an easy request yet the result was an awesomely beautiful new ring that I love! I cannot thank Jeff, and Dan, enough for their professional guidance and patience with me. A friend referred us to Boyds Jewelers, so my boyfriend took a ring in to be repaired. The work was completed very quickly. I was ecstatic when I got the ring back. It looks better than new! My husband & I have done business with Jeff, the owner, prior to opening his own store. I wouldnt purchase, trade or have my jewelry repaired anywhere other than Boyd Jewelers. The service is second to none and the jewelry itself is unquire to say the least. The prices are far better than any chain jeweler. I will be a customer for life and if youre smart you will too :)

I absolutely love this Jewerly Store. The staff is knowlegeble, always friendly and pleaseant. They have great selection of wedding bands and mens jewlery. I had my wedding ring diamonds fixed there after another local jewerler messed the setting up. Their service was fast and the price was very reasonable. Im so happy someone recommended them to me!!

I was his first to walk in and buy,he is the bomb, and his co pilot,Dan. I will not go to anybody, but him, to buy,fix and sell my gold. he is no rip off like Nabors in zephyrhills. This place is horrible. I went into his shop to sell some gold and diamonds that Ive had over the years and all I received in return was negativity. They talked to me like I was stupid and tried giving me the a low ball offer. I do not recommend any one going there! I for sure wont be bringing my business there again.

Wish I could leave no stars. Went to 5 different stores to sell gold,silver, and diamonds. But his payout was the lowest by far. Even after showing him the prices that Id gathered from the other stores he was addimant on his low ball pricing. Will not be back in.

I went to several places and they were the lowest! They stated also that i should sell my necklace because it could not be repaired! I went somewhere else and they were able to fix it for $15.00! Beware of this place!!!

The only place to go to have a battery in a watch replaced. Not only did they change the battery, they also used air and brushes to clean my watch. They also cleaned my watch band. I will only go here in the future.
