Took in a Dean bass guitar my brother in law had given me years ago complete with a case, I was rejected by the heavy set hispanic woman because it had no serial number on the back of the neck. After getting home I did more research and found it was stamped on the inside of the neck (like under the screws). And man am I glad they rejected it, turns out its a custom one of a kind (prototype) model built for David Vincent, and worth waaaay more than they ever would have given me for it, and I sold it to a collector on offer up. Just want to thank you guys for inadvertently getting me several hundreds of dollars more than you would have given. Good job lady! Sucks you guys didnt take it though, with a little common since and research you would have had an incredible profit opportunity. Cant win them all the say though. 5 stars for that hahahaha!

Manager changes pricing on items that are going on sale to deceive customers, they had a bunch of Xbox ones that where going to drop to $ 125 from 149.99 they usually sale at this value pawn for 179.99 but no one had been buying I guess, I talked to the Hispanic gentleman about one that had dropped in price to 125$ & he told me it didnt look to promising of a system & told me to wait 2 days to get one of the better looking ones for the same price when there priced dropped. Come back 2 days later & all the old tags are gone all the systems have new stickers & a price tag of 179.99 ask the Hispanic guy whats going on & he told me his manager had made the call who is a chuppy bald white guy & that it was unethical of him, from the mouth of his own employee

They answer the phone "Value Pawn, where we have all the money you need."...that could be but the rest of that greeting should be "but, were only going to offer half." Oh!..and dont bother calling first. They lie on the phone and offer even LESS when you arrive at the store. I suggest you skip giving these losers the chance to insult you, and sell your stuff on Facebook-Plant City Yard Sale. I just sold my own for twice as much as they offered. Hmmm #badbusiness
