I am actually standing across from them at Kay Jewelers. I walked in with a smile. Older gentleman made eye contact with new and walked the opposite way. A woman approached me but she never looked at me as she spoke. Now as a black woman that made me feel like my money wasnt good enough. Im shopping for 2 very special ladies my mom and my daughter who was only given 4 hours to live. She is 5 today. I hope Zales goes back to the way customer service used to be. That snobby behavior has turned me from a company I usually go to for all my jewelry over the years.

I brought my ring in for service and the woman who took care of me acted as if I was wasting her time. I attempted to engage her In conversation and she just could t be bothered. Very disappointed...
