Beware taking your vehicle for service. They picked the wrong person when they tried to fleece me with unnecessary repairs. Im a licensed aircraft mechanic and also build my own vehicles for sand drags and hill climbs. I tear down and rebuild after each race so after over 30 years of doing my own automotive repair I hate the once a year inspection since its the only time someone else touches my truck or car. I was told that my front rotors needed replacement and would be $625 for the repairs. I said no, I will do it at home and picked up the rotors and brakes up on the way home for $125. When I removed the rotor I found out that it was well within the wear limits and when I contacted Lancaster Mitsubishi I was told they werent worn they were rusty. There is no inspection criteria for rusty rotors because every vehicle on the road has rusty rotors, they are bare metal. I called the PA Emissions Team and explained the whole story and they said call them back and tell them to sticker the truck per the Emissions Team, and when I did they said take my business elsewhere. The following day I had to drive up to Northern Michigan for work and for the last 2.5 months my rear brakes went from squeaking to grinding. I removed the rear brakes and found the rear shoes were never seated properly when Lancaster Mitsubishi removed and reinstalled rear drums, this caused damage to the rear brake cylinder, brake drums, and brake pads. I returned to PA and took my truck there to show the pictures and videos of the damage. Everyone was denying responsibility at the dealership saying it wasnt them. I said my brakes were fine when I brought it in for inspection, then the damage was found, and now Im here. They changed me $25 for a brake inspection and sent me out of the dealership and said get them fixed before heading back up to Michigan. Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. You should be worried because the shop foreman was the one that tried fleecing me and damaged my vehicle. Cant wait for my day in court.

2 years in a row I took my 2008 Lincoln Navigator to Lancaster Mitsubishi for PA Inspection and Emissions. Both times I had a Double Take deal coupon that cost me $16.00. Last year my vehicle failed inspection due to the rear window brake light being out. I picked up my vehicle, brought it home and immediately removed the brake light assembly to find that the plug which was a snap in plug was not connected. I snapped the connector back on and all the lights worked. I called them and they said it would be an additional $17.50 to re-inspect the vehicle. There is NO WAY that plug could have come off by itself! It is a SNAP connector! Today 7/22/2016 I took the same vehicle back there again giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the plug did fall off last year. Well I get a call today saying that one of the lights in the same rear window brake light (there are a series of 5 bulbs in this lamp assembly) is out and it will be an additional $29.00 to repair. This sounds very familiar to me so I decline the work and pick up my Navigator, come straight home and once again remove the light assembly. This time I find that one of the individual bulbs is removed from the bayonet socket and just lying in the enclosure! I notice screwdriver marks on the latch tabs and pop it open and snap the bulb back into the socket and guess what? IT WORKS! I would highly recommend avoiding this deceptive car dealership for any car service you may need!

Please do your research before buying a car here. They set you up for failure and dont give a damn. I was excited to finally to get car (a new car at that). They knew I had bad credit and just started a new job. Kenny who was my sales rep reassured me my payments was going to be low and I had nothing to worried about. I found out that was lie after I put down payment and in the process of signing the papers to purchase the car. Kenny and that bald head dude told me I can back in about 8-12 to refinance and/or trade it in for lower payments. That was another lie. They dont do financing, and you have to find a financial institution who wants to refinance your loan. That was a nightmare. Nobody wants to touch my loan (not even other car dealerships) because I owe more than what the car is worth. If want to trade it in, I would have to put a couple grand down which I dont have. As my last resort I went back to the dealership to see if I can trade and get a lower payment. I was told my credit wasnt good enough and come back in another year. Which I believe it was another lie because I bought the car with bad credit. I want to share my experience to forewarned anyone that goes here that they will lie just to meet the their quota and live you out to dry. You are better off buying car off the streets than these crooked auto salesmen.

Beware! Service department is dishonest. The sales and service department are separate and different companies. Sales is great with a willingness and ability to find financing for the most challenged credit. HOWEVER, you cannot expect the service department/company to back any promise the sales people make regarding your car. They refused to replace an initially burned out headlight once I realized it was out within the 30 day warranty period. I bought the car in the daytime and once I noticed it was out and called in the proper timeframe they refused to honor the warranty. Dishonesty and the cover of separate companies between sales and service make this a dealership to strictly avoid. Sadly, the refusal of backup from service is a well known fact among the salesmen who hear this same complaint from new customers DAILY. This is a dealership to studiously avoid for that reason alone

We were in here this summer, and we had nothing but a great experience. I ended up taking home and brand new outlander, and paying less than I was paying for a used 2011 vehicle from a buy here pay here place. We went back a few months later, and traded in the 2011 for another brand new outlander sport. Barb was absolutely phenomenal. Even when we go in there now, she knows who we are, she always greets us and everyone treats us as if its the first time we are walking in the door. We never felt like they were just trying to make a sale, and its not as if we walked in there with great credit scores and tons of money. They worked hard for us to get us both into new cars that we love. We would definitely recommend them to anyone, and we look forward to continue working with them in the future.

My experience buying my car was very nice. Trystin was awesome and I love what I drive!! My problem lies with my trade in! If you have a loan on your trade in, DO NOT buy your car here!!! I bought my car at the end of February(the 25th) and the trade in loan is still NOT paid off! I didnt realize this until I got a call from the bank regarding my payment. I went in to get it sorted out and they stated to give them a week. It has been a week and it is still no paid! The bank doesnt have any record that they have even tried to pay it! I went in today and they stated the payment is supposed to go out this week. I saw on their website they are selling my car though. Im not sure how they are allowed to sell a car that still has an existing loan on it?!?
