I am very saddened to write such a derogatory and belittling post. In all of my reviews (which you can check by clicking on my username), I have never given less than a "3 and this will be my first time. Elite Motors of Joppa MD is one of the most deceptive and conniving used car dealerships I have had the displeasure of stumbling upon. The old adage of "never trust a used car salesman" I had hoped waned by midway through 2015, but that was completely false when dealing with Elite Motors. Please avoid them at all costs; despite their "warranty" which is "unbeatable" and their small house turned car dealership, they are nothing short of a scheming pool of degenerates. I will now attempt to outline my dealings with them, and the number of transgressions that occurred in the process: I approached them in May of 2015 looking to purchase a car, as it was needed as my car was beginning to fail me and I was now in a financial position to purchase a car. I dealt with a salesman who was actually fired after my sale, and who BOTH of the managers of Elite Motors referred to as a "goofball", "on the wrong side of the fence", and even make the sensitive joke of "riding the shortbus" (which implies making fun of those mentally handicapped). They then agreed to let me test drive the vehicle for 2 days after signing a contract stating so, but when I expressed a small amount of skepticism with some parts of the vehicle (I noticed it was off-color, needed clips, and needed an alignment), they immediately told me I needed to bring the car back. They couldnt even call me for this, they TEXTED me. This was the first violation of the contract. Despite all of the negatives, I was not in a position to really seek elsewhere and decided to purchase the car due to the ONLY bright spot of this entire ordeal; the interest rate. I was given an <2% interest rate, which was very appealing for someone who didnt have worlds of financial space. The agreement was to have the car painted, the alignment done, and the missing clips put on as part of the sale. They held my car FOR 20 DAYS (after I gave them money, mind you) and the alignment AND clips still werent done. I had dropped the car off on 4 separate occasions totaling 22 days total that I was without the vehicle I paid for, and I was still not given what was written down and promised, as I had the agreement for those things to be taken care of in writing. They then agreed to have me take the car to get an alignment and they would reimburse me, but wouldnt put that in writing. While holding my car, they refused to give me a loaner and I even had the Financial Manager criticize my religion, claiming I could "call the Pope if I wanted" because he was no longer going to assist me. In short, before I continue, Elite Motors is riddled with deceptive and conniving individuals who DO NOT care about you, and only about your money. They are experts are circumventing the paperwork they signed, they are rude, and they avoid you at all costs. Though many used car dealerships may be sort of difficult to work with, there are many others local to the area, and I would highly suggest investigating those other options before coming here.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a casual, comfortable buying experience. They worked with me on the price and the owner personally changed out the tires on the truck I bought. Great experience and so far so good on the vehicle quality. My one complaint is the registration has still not arrived and it has been 5-6 weeks! I also hate that they sell your number to marketers, but thats any used car dealership unfortunately. Thanks to Don at Elite Motors my husband now has his dream truck for a very reasonable cost!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We bought a car 18DAYS AGO and now it needs a whole NEW TRANSMISSION!!!! Our warranty with them states they will pay for 1/2 of the repairs needed thats fine but we want to take the car to someone we trust and we want genuine Nissan parts in our 4 yr old car. They refuse to use the genuine parts and insist we bring the car to them..... they wont pay for the towing or even 1/2 of the towing!!! STAY AWAY!

Really bad dealership with really bad service! I would not suggest anyone go here. They are simply not good people and refuse to provide additional pics for out of state buyers. Bad bad bad.

Pathetic. They dont respond to internet queries and when you call them they give you an attitude. Dont bother asking for a specific picture because they refuse. Worst dealer Ive ever seen.
