Im more upset at the rude service and the insulting they did to Me! The owner had the nerve to tell me that guitars loose value based off of how old they are... That was the biggest lie I ever heard.. then they show me a price where some1 bought a guitar like mine online for 200.00... KEYWORD BOUGHT (PASSED TENSE) ... I also have the warranty info and recipts from guitar center. I have collected guitars for over 10 yrs. Smh.. If you like being treated like a crack head and getting insulted for your time of need theb this is definitely the place for you... Beware of the guy with the cheap eyeglasses and combover haircut... Hes a prick.. whats funny is that my sister went the previous day and brought an Acer laptop that she bought from Wall Mart 4 $298 and they gave her $400 for it and was trying to ask my sister for her number.. #Shady

I never thought that I would write a comment on a pawn shop,but here it is: Three months ago ,I needed money before surgery and I went to EL Pawn on Howell Mill rd in Atlanta. Now the loan is for 30 days and they wait 10 more days if no payment is made before they sell my item. Due to complications ,I had to stay at the hospital for longer than expected which affected my income and made it near impossible for me to pay off my loan. I called the store, explained the situation and the Manager told me he will wait an extra month and asked me to keep him posted on any change. My item was there,untouched, when i was able to pick it up. Restored my faith in Humanity. I hope i wont need to pawn again,but if I do,that is where I am going.

Shady, sketchy business. There is a woman who answers the phone who gives "estimates" on the item you describe if you call in advance. Then she will promise to accomendate you if you bring in said item. Well, you get there. There is a old man, white hair, with glasses that will tell you that your item is actually worthless or low ball and rip you off. If you bring up the woman whom you spoke on the phone with that promised you a certain number, well, he will pretend to not even hear you. Thats the run down of this business. A woman who lies to customers to get them to go there and a guy who just straight up wastes your time. Also, they are rude as hell. Like, theyll make you wonder how the heck they are still in business.

Very Good Service... Good TV offers, they gave me a good deal for my gold, it was a very fast transacion, I visit others nearby pawnshops and none could offer me good deals..!!! This is by far the best pawn shop in Atlanta. I visited others before and the quality of the experience isnt comparable. The employees are extremely kind, helpful and loyal to repeat customers. This is the only pawn shop Ive ever visited where I can go in if Im in a bind, want to buy something at great price, or simply ask the employees to contact me if certain items come into the store. I highly recommend E L Pawn to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and fairness.

I went in to pawn my still new DvD player to get money for my co pay on my medication an the guy told me that my Dvd player doesnt work.I had my friend take me to Jerrys Pawn Shop downtown an it worked perfectly fine an they gave me more than what I wanted.If they did not wanted to offer services thats all they shouldve said horriable experience.If you go to any Pawn shops here in Atlanta go to Jerrys were they will treat you like a real customer

Man these people are awesome they truely work with you and use their heart in business situations, which is rare, they actually remember customers by name all of the staff is great, god knows i been through hard times and they worked with me and help me keep my things, and they give you what your stuff is worth they dont LOW BALL YOU, i highly recommend this company EPAWN is the best!

I was completely disgusted with the costumer service. They are extremely rude and the owner of the shop seemed more like he was interested in humiliating his costumers more than creating business with them. They also didnt give a fair deal on their trades, my recommendation would be elsewhere, but not here.

Reported to the BBB! They inspected my rings then proceeded to tell me my 14K was 10K, also their scale is rigged good thing i bring a 500gram wight when ever i deal. Their final offer after debating and correcting them offered me 50% of melt. Then went to Craigslist and sold items in 10mins for 90% melt.
