They were rude and talked down to me. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I would suggest going somewhere that knows the meaning of customer service. I can only speak of the two store associates that handled my transaction. I witnessed these same associates be disrespectful to an elderly man prior to my transaction. Maybe my experience was an isolated one. I hope you have a better experience.

The woman working was extremely rude and had an attitude from the second I walked in. She did not want to help in an way or answer any questions, and what she did tell me was 100% untrue. I was a frequent visitor to this store and used to enjoy the friendly helpful employees that were there. Now it is a very hostile environment. I will be taking my money somewhere else from now on. Will not be back.

My first time I was there I just was surprised when I was there. I watched hardcore pawn and it was nothing like it. People treat you right, make deals to benefit both, the company and the customer. The owner Rodney Williams is a very good business man and so are all his employees. Every time Im there they always have treated me and the other customers there with respect.

I used to go there all the time and never had a problem but recently Ive been getting ripped off with my money and Im very unhappy. I would not suggest going there. Poor service, rude, and a waste of money.
