Wanted to post a review from an experience. A while back, if you value what ever you are trying to get a loan on else where. As many reviews before my own will show you customer service is on par with that of a third world debt collector.. They will try to keep your firearms off of something as simple as the address your license doesnt match your permit, claiming ATF rules prohibit the exchange. Ive called them personally and found that this what not the case and that the shop owners are loop holing the rules for their gain, I have not ran into this situation any where else I have gone since then. The shops in villa rica will be a much safer choice if you want your stuff back at the end of it all.

I have managed a million dollar a year business,and would fire someone for preventing a customer in the store from having access to my products. I dont care if you close at 6:00 pm if they are in the store let them look at your products. You need to learn some business skills or get a hobby instead of a business,because this customer wont be back.

Very disappointed. Tried to charge me $50.00 more than I owed to redeem my guns. Luckly I had all my paperwork. And receipts. Lady had very bad attitude on phone to several people while I was there. Your customers are your business. Lost or took my trigger guard. Did not replace. Will not use them again.

This is a good pawn store. Good practices and great to do business with. Family values count here! On a busy day there is good stuff to check out. Have made several purchases and transfers for firearms here. Always well taken care of!

They offer to let u call to make arrangement for payment or retrieval of proparty but when u show up they have or is in the process of selling...They are liars who does not stand behind there word....
