PLEASE READ: UNPROFESSIONAL & DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I have been visiting QC for months as I have been trying to find a new CCW pistol. The day I went to buy they did not have the caliber I wanted on the model I wanted, so they told me to go online and order it. I ordered the gun and when the distributer said it was delivered I called to confirm & it was there, so I went to get it. Everything was fine up until that point. While at the store another customer had a pistol that he was looking to sell (which he decided not to sell QC at their low ball price) and I asked if I could see it. The guy behind the counter, knowing I was there to pick up the gun I had spent months selecting, yelled at me (in front of everyone) stating that it was a felony to buy a gun from someone on FFL property (Um, Isnt that where youre supposed to buy guns from people and get them properly transferred?). I assured him I was there to pick up my gun and that I just wanted to look at it, and he told me I needed to leave the property to look at it. I did not agree with him, but I politely walked outside to the sidewalk (beyond the parking lot......which correct me if Im wrong is public property), to look at the guys gun. While looking at it, the guy from the gun counter came outside and continued to yell at me that I had to leave the property or it is a felony . As I expected I was not interested in the gun and went inside to complete my transaction ( which I had already made a down payment on online). They then accused me of trying to undercut their business (& continued to treat me like a felon) and refused to sell me the gun. I told them again that I was just looking at what he had and they continued to be rude and would not even discuss it with me. **Please note that I am liscensed in KY to carry concealed, so this was not a case that I failed the background check. They just simply refused to let me complete the paperwork. ** They informed me that they were returning my order to the distributer and that I had been blocked in their system from ever buying a firearm from them again. NOT THAT I WOULD WANT TO AT THIS POINT. I already called the distributer and filed a complaint. The GM of QC is getting a call Monday morning, but I doubt he gives a crap being that he probably hired these clowns. Dont get me wrong they have good prices, but read the other reviews about how they treat people. Ill gladly pay an extra $5-10 to someone who treats people with respect and values my business. THEY DON"T DESERVE MY (OR YOUR) HARD EARNED MONEY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPPRECIATIVE, & UNDESERVING. Join me in taking our business elsewhere.

Ive been going to this shop for a good 2 and half years now, after a recommendation from a coworker. Ive never run into any problems on the "gun side" and Ive never dealt with the normal pawn side. Ive special ordered firearms, and purchased new and used firearms. The staff (Mike, Mike, Eric and others) have always been helpful with any questions I have had and providing good deals on all the items I buy. I have made this my exclusive store for firearms and accessories. They do get extremely busy on the gun side, which makes it hard at times to look at something Im interested in. I have patience though, so I will wait around until someone has time to show me what Im looking at. Im not the only customer they have and I can wait my turn. I really cant comment on any personal experiences with pawning/selling anything. I can say that Ive heard them work with customers many times on a either extending the loan period, or getting a little bit extra for the pawned item. They are a business, so they need to make money in order to stay in business. You cant expect to get a full price for what you paid for a particular item when you sell it to them. They need to have room to make money on it, or else they couldnt stay in business. If you are looking for a place that has professional staff, great selection and great prices, this is it. I have recommended this place to many coworkers and friends and they have all made this their "gun store". Keep up the good work here.

I went in today to scope out some PS3s (I needed a cheap way to play some Little Big Planet) and I noticed a Xbox 360 wifi connector for $2. Sold! It was in a plastic Baggie that was locked on a display rod so I asked them to unlock it. The guy who worked there thanked me for not just ripping it off there like a lot of people do and gave it to me for free. Score! That was really nice of them! So I left, went to find out how much LBP was at GameStop (quick cash didnt have it) and decided to buy it. Came back and requested the 160gb model PS3 for $89. The manager came out and said I could have the 250gb for the same price! Nice! He also told me I had two weeks to bring it back if it didnt work and that if I had to bring it back he would "make it right". I thanked him and went home only to find that the blueray drive was bad. Went back up there and sure enough, they totally made it right. They gave me the 320gb model for my troubles. All in all, I walked out with a much better product for a significantly less price. These guys (and gals) are super friendly and know how to make sure youre a satisfied customer. They all had smiles on their faces and made sure they treated me well. I will definitely do more business with them (their prices are really good!) and so should you! You wont be sorry.

They are real nice until you notice what you bought is missing a part and basically broke so when you go back into the store 20 minutes later they forget who you are and now you get "sir if you would just shut the fk up im trying to tell you something", If I took the word of everybody I wouldnt be in business !! That may be so but I was just there and had my receipt then he says" all sales are final" and so you find yourself appalled that youve been robbed,I had to get my phone out and start recording the conversation so I might have some hard evidence against them in court then the guy shut up refunded my money I wont be going back here anymore for anything at all and will make the extra effort to go elsewhere,so buyer beware all sales are final unless you can prove they sold you a broken item! someone needs to go in undercover and upload a youtube video of the before and after sale and purposely buy a broken item, wont be hard to find since they put the broken Craftsman jigsaw back on the shelf. That is missing the boot that receives the blade, seems someone actually sold them somthing that was broke Lol my hats off to that person,oh and check the store price before you buy it a new jigsaw the same model was 5$ more and newer and came with a return warranty obviously
