Just called looking for a specific firearm and the associate that answered the phone said they "should have one of those and should be around ___ price" I asked if they for sure had the item I inquired about and she put me on hold. Came back on after a few minutes to ask me what I was looking for. I responded and with nothing back from her I was back on hold again. Then she came back on to say they had some firearms like it but not the one I was looking for. I said "Ok, thank you." And she hung up with no response.

We go here often unfortunately. But when you need money this is where to go if you cant get to the pawn shop in mableton in front of Kmart. But they have fast service and their employees are somewhat friendly. ball me. I know they use eBay to go what they will offer. So do your research and dont let them low ball you. Most pawn shops use eBay. So again know what you want or will take. Otherwise I do like this pawn shop.

They posted an ad on craigslist for a "like new" piece of equipment i was interested in. Called them, said it was working and in great condition. I showed up and item was heavily used and in bad shape and would not let me turn it on claiming they didnt have batteries.. false advertising and bad customer service.. will not be back

I have always gotten a fair deal from this pawn shop. And they have always been nice and helpful. Ive seen the employees help people with a little extra $ on the loan, when they didnt have to. I cant say the same for the Villa Rica location.
