NO COMPRES AQUÍ. ¡NO TE BOTES TU DINERO!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. The all lied to us and continue to lie to us even today. My husband and I went to get a used electric car. First off they new basically nothing about the car and when we asked questions the salesperson Peter new nothing. His manager was helpful at times but not really. We knew this was one of the best deals for the price so although they were not very helpful we decided to buy the car (worst idea ever). First off they showed us the wrong Kelly bluebook as they were trying to convince us to buy additional coverage and insurance. For financing they did not ask specific questions and in the end asked us to lie to the bank so that we met the minimum income the bank wanted for the interest rate. They also even after spending 3 hours with us did not even know we were married even though we said this and they stated that was part of the issue with the financing. After talking to the bank they came back with the real Kelly blue book and now were trying to have us buy at over $2000 over the value. We were able to take away the "mandatory" extras and get right at sale value but that was not really worth it. As we are finishing they say or wait we dont have the charger, well order one for you but take a spare, which was fine. They also say after we have signed, oh, we only have one key you can buy another one for $150. Thankfully after pushing back on this they said they would cut us a new one for free, although we still do not have it, so that remains to be seen. A couple days after the sale I call back about the charger, they say its not available and oh by the way you did not lie correctly to the bank (I was not going to lie) so we had to change you to another company, which they had already done without my knowledge and with the wrong address! So now a couple weeks later I have not received any correspondence from the bank. Thankfully I called the bank they were helpful, but not the dealer. My husband went back today for our "new charger" and see below what they gave him. Im not sure about your definition but to me that is not new. I am sure there are more things that I am not remembering about this experience, but thanks to California law we are stuck with this and with a terrible company, so as I said DO NOT BUY HERE. Lies, cheats, and robbers. And to update also vengeful. After promising us to either buff out the scratches on the car, they made us choose between that and helping us get the second key. We will get neither. We called again today to ask about the key and they now say because of this review they are no longer willing to help us out. Even though I have it signed as part of our contract that they would buff the car out, which they did not. Its sad to know that this type of business model still exists and if you are able I would take your business elsewhere.

Untrustworthy! I went in for a 2016 GMC Terrain with 9996 miles priced at 17,999. I went in with a pre-approved offer from Capital One. Alex submitted my offer to Capital One for $19,999, an additional $2000. He said Gap insurance was required (untruth.. Gap is optional) Alex increases my payment time from the 48 months I requested to 72 months, at a higher interest rate from the Capital One quote of %10 to %14 and of course a higher payment. I called Capital One and was time they factor ALL costs into their pre--approved offers, the dealers costs, tax and license... California Motors attaches an additional cost of $999 VEHICLE DELIVERY AND PREPRATION FEE and DEALER PROCESSING FEE also $999 .. Attempting to charge twice for a service thats already included in their pricing. After speaking with the manager Kenny he attempted to shove a a little up my butt...said "Alex is new, i will talk to him" .. He was welling to take off only $1000 of bogus charges.. Although, there was no accidents reported on the SUV the Car Fax said there was frame damage, Alex said " it could be an over spray of paint" hummm? A damage frame is damage... That explains why this 2016 suv with 10,000 mile was well under priced. After 4 hours off wasted time...I left and purchased my car from a real dealer... DO NOT TRUST THEM

My son bought a car here, he was told one price at first, the internet price, and was not the price he was given, when we later reviewed the contract at home. he was pressured into signing all this paperwork without disclosing what they in reality were. He was given no time to review anything and after taking the car home, we found a sound with the engine that wasnt normal for a newish car, the oil had been leaking, turned out that the service they did on it was bogus. he was given a car with a leaking oil filter, the oil filter was dirty, to the point it was dark sticky black, cabin filter was dirty and car itself wasnt even washed , it was sprayed with water. Mat were not the original. No manual. The rims were scraped. Not to mention the car had an accident reported on it and this was not disclosed and they still charged full price what it should have been without the accident and with outstanding condition. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE FULLY INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, REVIEWED THE HISTORY ON THE VEHICLE AND YOU REVIEW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. I seriously regret buying a car from these people now. He keeps giving them calls and they tell him they will call him back shortly and he waits patiently and they do not call back. Soon enough we will start looking for alternatives.
