Maybe they were all just upset because it was Monday. Maybe they enjoy telling you your not wasting their time just yours because of how true the statement is. Maybe its the terrible policies. Maybe its all of the above. Went in specifically stating we were not there to buy if it did not meet our needs and everything depended on the value of my trade in. Each encounter we had told we needed our price to be no more than $342 out the door first. Stating we did not want to waste their time if it was not possible we just wanted quick answers. This would be the same price as our current loan on a 2014 Corolla with 56k miles and all we could afford. We stated this. We said we were no bullshit. They explained no haggle on the car price. We said fine. But $342 out the door still stands. They offered us a fair price for our current vehicle (only issue is my spouses new wheel chair did not slip right into the trunk. Requires some maneuvering and a fair amount of emptiness due to odd shape. Old chair had fit fine. And a cracked windshield.) Somehow despite repeating this on a 2009 used Honda Pilot with 6k less miles than my current... with my specifically saying "If it is not 342 out the door we cannot afford it." Means $342/mo out the door with the same warranty as is found on a refurbished computer. Needless to say we knew the warranty and gap could not be included but when consistently asking if it could be done rather than getting yes or no. Multiple times we started to the door to be brought back inside being told they would help us. One time my spouses wheel chair was even half disassembled on the sidewalk preparing to be loaded in to the trunk with her ready to leave only to be called back in again. After being told to wait for manager after manager while repeatedly saying we are not asking anyone to do something they cannot just asking if it is possible... only to after 4 hours finally get the answer no. But be told we could not have been told that 4 hrs ago because it is against company policy for the sales person in anyway to consider purchases made during finance, ask about them, speak of them, or infer of their existence. When speaking to their finance manager she continued to ask who implied that it came with a 5 year warranty. Despite us continuously saying no one had. Talked over me to say that the price agreed to was for the car only as though I some how missed that the first 42 times I had had this conversation. To make it more fun, everyone kept telling me i came to them to buy the car. That my current car was NOT functional (fully and completely functional with 0 problems aside from a cracked windshield ($192 to replace estimate received prior to visit and) and the wheelchair not breezing in). In short, policy states on a nearly 10 year old car the sales person still is not allowed to mention or assume that a person could have any interest in warranty. This stupid policy ultimately lead the quite rude financial manager and three others to be left in silence in a room after wasting 4 hours of their associates and my time before finally saying "no". Which was all we had asked for from the beginning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are crooks, they do not keep their word and they are sneaky salesmen just trying to make money at all costs. My boyfriend and I were looking for a very specific 4 Runner that is hard to find. I called to previous day to make an appointment after confirming it was what we were looking for. The following day I received 2 e-mails and 3 phone calls to confirm our appointment. I specifically asked them to let me know if anything happened with the vehicle since we were coming from so far away. I was assured it would be held for us. My boyfriend got off of work 1 1/2 hours early so that we could try and beat traffic a bit because we live over a hour away. It took us 3 hours to get there but we were EARLY for our appointment (which I told our sales person JERICHO AMOROSO would be very likely to happen). Not even 5 minutes before we showed up a couple with 2 kids wanted to see the vehicle. They let them look at it and take it for a test drive. We ended up having to wait over an hour to even look at the vehicle. Then they decided to buy it! We drove it anyway (even though we knew that they were going to buy it and Jericho was just trying to hide it from us... his nervousness gave it away) and we wanted it as well. After our test drive Jericho had us sit and wait, to just stare at this couple and see what was going to happen. We sat there for about another hour before I just simply stated to my boyfriend that this was ridiculous. We were both getting pretty angry and starving by this point. I got up to let them know we were going to grab some food and to please let us know if the couple gets approved or not so that we can purchase the vehicle with cash if they do not. The sales manger, I am assuming, at that time called us into the office. He told us that there was now a 3rd person wanting the vehicle as well. He told us that if we accepted his price right now that we could have the vehicle... WHILE THE COUPLE ARE SIGNING THE PAPERS ABOUT TO GET APPROVED TO BUY THE VEHICLE!!!! Guaranteed his price was over what the couple was paying. My boyfriend being the stand up person he is told the guy that his price was a bit high. When we were told that there was no room for negotiation we just walked away. There is no point into getting into a bidding war with crooks. Oh, and there was rust under the vehicle that they were trying to hide as well as a bad break job. Not a good look for business at all. Jericho Amoroso knew all along what was happening and just kept trying to distract us from the truth. He was nervous, and not knowledgeable about anything that has to do with the actual vehicle. I am interested in a Prius and so we asked how long the plug ins had been around and he gave us some response about how he didnt know but the Prius has been in the states for this long...ect. How do you sell cars and not know anything about them? That is the ONLY purpose of your job! Karma always comes back around.

This review is purely for my service experience. I am currently 9 month pregnant and wanting to take care of the Airbag recall before baby comes, so I called AutoNation instead of my usual Toyota Dealer as they are closer to home. I called ahead to confirm if they have the needed part for the recall, and they scheduled an appointment for the next day after confirming the part availability. The next day, I went in at scheduled time. Since the pointed service adviser was not available, another guy helped me. He was kinda of courteous but not friendly, and told me my car should be ready in 3 hours. As the only shuttle left and it will take an hour to get a ride back home, I decided to walk home since it was not too far. Two hours later, the pointed service adviser called back and told me that my car has to be in the shop for another two days, because they had to order another part to install the airbag. I asked if I could take my car back while waiting for the part, and he said no. Obviously, my car was taken apart and they could not let me drive. Though they offered me a rental at their expense, I had to run around to the rental company to get the rental, and rental made me to put down $50 deposit for this. After picking up the loaner, I had to drive back to pick up my toddler car seat. They made me to take time off from work to run around. I didnt get a single apology for the inconvenience caused! I am not happy because I dont understand how they are not knowledgeable on the recall repair (Hey there are millions of recalls for the same issue!!) Or they broke some part when they were taking the airbag out? Either way, they SCREWED UP! I only asked them to do ONE THING that they should be good at, but it turned out that way. I have zero confidence with them to bring back my car in for any kind of maintenance. When picking my car today, I hear no apology from the service adviser. When they made me to check out at the cashier, the cashier lady couldnt find my paperwork and kept asking me if I am under a different last name. A few minutes later, my paperwork MAGICALLY appears in front of me for signature. The cashier lady has zero smiles on her face and would not explain the purpose of signature even though I see a charge for more than $1000 on the paper. When asked, she said its under warranty. I signed and walked out to pick up my car, and thinking that this place will be my last choice for car service even though the world turns to be the Walking Dead! Because of this experience, I doubt that I will come back here when a new car is due!!
