Google reviewers BE AWARE! When a business does not understand the basic principle of what a recurrent, satisfied client would mean to them, it is simply destined to drown! Honda World Westminster is the classic example of this! It simply seems that trust and honesty are values this place has forgotten exist! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I went this last February 19th, 2015, to visit them, following an invitation I got on my mail to early terminate my actual lease with Ford, which I have being very satisfied with but the time for that lease to end is coming soon (July 2015). I took the chance to see if what they were stating in the information could be respected just as it says there, being aware of the little writing it came with (excludes this, and this, and this,...)...When I walked in there the amount of the down payment, according to their offering increased from $995 to over $4,000.00 USD in a car that I even did not want but could be an option ONLY IF the deal was good so convenient to my own planning of spending and the quality of the product to acquire. After the different debates and offerings with the sales representative about what my needs on leasing a car were, he came with two more options different than the first one, stating he could take out of the equation concepts so "the deal" was good and I could take it. What HE DID NOT SAY is that somehow, HE WOULD PUT THEM ALL BACK TOGETHER ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS! I agreed on paying certain amount as initial payment and on what the monthly fees would be for the 36 months of leasing agreement, and I even purchased optional choices such alarm and xzilon (fabric & carpet protector) on a car that I was not sure I would keep after the leasing termination but that I mind of taking well care of the responsibilities and commitments I acquire, in this case, a Honda Accord Sport 2015, so money was not the issue but what I decided to purchase with it BASED ON WHAT I WAS TOLD!!!!!! I came back to the dealership as a very unsatisfied, recent client of them to return the car and I was told, OF COURSE, I could not do that. I told them what my dissatisfaction was coming from and the person from the finances with whom I signed the contract told me (after a long time trying him to get what my issue was): "I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT IF THE AMOUNTS YOU WILL BE PAYING ARE THE ONES YOU AGREED ON?!!!!!! (the lack of main values and their importance were shown once again). Plus, HE LIED CLEARLY to me when I asked him about the number 3 in the contract that states OTHER CHARGES "Turn-in Fee (if I do not purchase the Vehicle) $350.00" saying that it was only if I "walk away" so Honda has to pay to bring the car from wherever it was!?!?!?!!!!!! Aspect that a higher rank executive of theirs clarified that charge means exactly what it says on the contract not another convenient version of the finance person justifying his lack of honesty, once again! May this serve as example of what you can expect from this Honda World Westminster dealer, and so you do not go through the headache it means as I have to now benefit them for something they do not deserve for 3 years: my business!!!!!!!!

NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE: READ OTHER REVIEWS Theres a reason why HONDA WORLD WESTMINSTER has so many 1 star reviews. My girlfriend fell victim to their hustle. I was lured by their low price. My general message, listen to the warnings and bad reviews of this place! My rant/detailed review: We were shopping Labor Day weekend at 4 dealerships (Im one of those research hounds always searching for top value). I handle the negotiating because my gf doesnt do well with small print and contracts. We agreed on an all inclusive price with the sales rep Leo out the door inc. taxes in person. Later that day, I confirmed again with Leo on the phone prior to going in and purchasing the vehicle. Everything was good, we had a clear understanding of what "Out the door" meant. My GF goes back w/ her sister to buy, I wasnt able to go back with them thinking the price was going to be honored. Stupid me for assuming. Wow how quickly things can change... They said they told her it was the wrong price and presented her with a new price. Her story is that they were still using out the door pricing when presenting her with the new numbers and they kept her there for almost 3 hours! Im sure they smelled fresh bait after talking to my gf with the numbers. How could their price be wrong by $1500 when the other 3 dealerships were offering the same ballpark number the same day??? At the end, they ended up throwing on the out the door (inc. taxes) as the purchase price, and added on taxes again. Taking about $1500 of our hard earned money. My gf, again, not good with contracts and numbers, signs away thinking the price was set. Their word is complete BS and they will take advantage if you dont know what you are doing. I called and spoke with the manager a few days later after learning about this. Manager was completely unhelpful and borderline rude. Explaining to me that all the numbers were on the contract. His general message "She signed the contract, too bad". It was a complete dead end. This dealership does not care and just wants to make the single car sale and move onto the next. I feel she was grossly taken advantage of and I strongly do not agree with this business practice. I take fault in this because I did not see this the whole way through, I just hope to bring this to light and help some of you avoid the headache and frustration this dealership put us through. Avoid this one and go to the other local Honda dealerships like in Cerritos or Costa Mesa, even out to Torrance. They are just a quick drive down the fwy. It is worth it to avoid these people! Our sales rep was Leo Hernandez Sales manager that was there was Vinh Nguyen On another note, when I called back, Vinh was not there and Leo was on vacation. I got a manager named Andrew?, who was handling the transaction, saying he remembered that one. Not sure what the name change is about. I told them that I was going to take my experience online to make sure people dont fall into the same hole, the manager Andrew/Vinhs response "Go do what you have to do", so here it is and many more to come elsewhere. Again: Be careful if you have to deal with HONDA WORLD WESTMINSTER!

Terrible Customer Service. Go buy a car from someone else. We drove down from Glendale to look at a car we saw online. We called (Ray) ahead of time to make sure it was available before the hour plus drive in traffic. When we got there, no one could find the car. After searching the lot for about 20 minutes, Jim pulled up in the car. The inside looked like it had been sitting in a desert with the windows down for about a month. It also needed gas. So after wiping off the seats and putting gas in it, we took it for a drive. The car itself ran great. When we returned to the lot, we inspected the exterior. A few very noticeable scratches, a couple of large dents, a crooked headlight and both bumpers needed some love. Jim assured us that everything would "look brand new" if we purchased the car. Hed have "his guys fix the exterior and detail the car." So with his assurance, we decided to purchase the car. We paid for half the car and left it to be fixed. We drove down the following weekend to pick it up. The dents were still visible. They used a paint pen to fill in the scratches. We thought the interior was clean. When we got home and started moving arm rests, opening glove boxes, etc, we realized they did just enough to make it look clean. They did fix the bumpers. Oh and that headlight? Still crooked. We wrote another check when we picked it up. After writing the second check and re-inspecting the exterior, we showed Jim the problems we thought they fixed. He said "my body mechanics arent in until the end of the week. Do you want to leave it and have us call you when we can fix it?" Having already waited a week the first time and already driven down there twice to get the car (roughly 6 hours of driving in traffic), we decided to take the car home and bring it back when a body mechanic was available. A few days later, David called asking about the second check. They lost the check and thought we forgot to pay Honda. Because I was at work, I couldnt get to the receipt they provided me when I paid them. Sometime between that moment and emailing them a scanned copy of the receipt, they found the check and cashed it. They decided not to call us and tell us. During one of the conversations with David over missing checks, I mentioned we werent happy with the service we received. I even told him how Jim promised fixes that were never completed. He assured me that theyd get done. For the next couple of weeks, I called and left messages for both Jim and David. Not only did it go to voicemail every time, but no one has called me back. At this point, I gave up. It was clear that they already had their money and didnt need me as a customer any longer. If youve read to the end of this review, hopefully youve gathered that doing business here would be a bad idea. Had we known what we know now, we would have stayed in Glendale and continued our search for a car.
