I was going to purchase a vehicle for my son. They assured me numerous times that they were running a reputable business and only sold "clean title cars" and that after my test drive I should know that I am getting a great car. Even used the fact that the Glendora mayor was at their business and told me that all vehicles have been inspected and passed a 150 point inspection. The cars look brand new or close to it as did the one I almost got scammed into purchasing. I insisted on taking it to my mechanic and good thing I did. This "clear" titled car that was checked out supposedly by them had been in a major car accident, one side was shimmied, wheels bent, transmission problem and the brakes were completely worn. I gave them a piece of my mind probably thought because I was a girl they could get away with it. Almost got scammed for close to $9,000.00. Then they had the nerve for the "supposed" onsite mechanic to call me at work and told me my mechanic didnt say what he told me and said he inspected it. Really a mechanic cant tell even bad brakes or that a car is basically a salvaged vehicle? My mechanic just put it up on the rack and found the car was in a major wreck and nothing was fixed right except for the the bumper. They didnt even offer to pay for the inspection! This new business doesnt deserve to stay in business!

Took Advantage of Me a Single mother, with no type of remorse, with having bad intentions selling me a lemon, I purchase a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on 2/02/13 which was on a Saturday, on Sunday the dash broad check engine light came on even service transmission. Took the car to a mechanic later that day he found more, then one problem which was CV AXLE, OIL PAN GASKET, TRANMISSION SERVICE, FRONT MOUNT THE ENGINE, EXHAURT HANGERS, AND OIL CHANGE, Spent 650.00 Dollars to fix those problems remember this is only a day later after buying the car. Called that Monday spoke to “Romeo” Reinsuring me that he would help an talk to his manger to see what they can do for me, That was to just blow me off I did call everyday around noon when he told me to call because that was the time he came in the office since that day, Another person name Ryan called just blowing me off some more. Basically they weren’t trying to help me. “ROUTE 66 took 3564.37 plus the 650.00 Dollars I spent extra to those problems. Today is the 3/01/13 The Monte Carlo I bought on the 2/02/13 the “HEAD GASKET” went out on the Engine so I am out of a CAR and 4269.39 Dollars the only person I will refer them to is the devil. I do believe in what you do to others will come back on you!

I needed to re-write my review since after only a month from buying my 05 VW Passat, several problems arose with my experience with R66 Motors. First off, I noticed that when I was sold my vehicle by Ang, he let me know that I would be paying a $200 fee that was included in my Down Payment agreement with R66 Motors but did not appear in the Loan Agreement with the Bank. When I confronted him about this, he said that it is a fee that their Loan Broker was charging R66 Motors for processing the loan and that he cannot "eat the fee or else I wont make any money." Of course that is a lie since every business in the world does not buy their merchandise for the same price as they would sell it. This just showed me that R66 Motors try to pass down THEIR BILLS to their customers. Then a check engine light appeared only after a week with my new vehicle in which I promptly returned to R66 Motors in which the in-house "mechanic" ran the diagnostic tool and let me know that a code came up that could either be the Thermostat or a sensor in the radiator. He offered to clear the codes for me but I told him that its probably the same thing he does to all the vehicles that come in before they sell them. Buyers BEWARE

This dealership has cause me more headaches then i can count. When you call, they will always say that they will give you a call back and NO ONE DOES! Ahn is worst one there. I dealt with him from the beginning of my relationship with Route 66 and at first he was accomadating, but after he received my payment it all went downhill. After i bought the car Ahn kept the title for 2 months, after countless times of calling him and pleading with him to send me the paperwork for the car he kept giving me the run around and having his co-worker speak for him. After i threatened legal action he wiped his hands clean of the situation and passed me on to Ralphy. Ralphy was very helpful, i found out that Ahn hadnt even explained what i needed, so Ralphy could only do so much. Still till today, Ahn has not sent me the paperwork and is giving me the run around. Never again will do business with Route 66!

I have been looking for a new car for a while. i went to several dealerships looking for the right car and found route 66. i was welcomed by the salesman named Sigi, oi never felt pressured or overwhelmed by the salesman like most dealerships will do when i went. The staff was nice and worked hard to give me the best deal possible. i had a very good experience here at route 66 motors. The finance manager Anh helped me better then any finance manager i have ever worked with. i have bought 3 cars over the last 3 years. Garret helped move the car and was there for all my questions. I highly recommend Route 66 motors. they have a huge selection, and dont have hidden fees like most dealers. I will come back when im looking for another vehicle. I also had fun working with them. come here if you want a great deal, Great time, and absolutely no pressure.

Never ever buy anything from this dealer. I bought two cars from them (2010 Honda Accord and 2008 Acura RDX) and imported them to Canada (thats the first time I saw the cars). The cars I received, and the cars that were on the website were two different things. He claims that the cars he sells are clean title and clean history while the cars I received were damaged and after accident. He (Bob) and his sales guy (Romeo) are liars and crooks. They never changed oil in the cars, no maintenance, and one of the cars has frame damage, and one of the cars had cental-locking system broken and somethings wrong with driver airbag. One of the vehicles has New York title. The cars fuel tank were almost empty. People, dont buy anything from this dealer. I have no idea why are they still in business.
