First off I have to say they have the worst customer service ever, DONT BUY A CAR THERE AND IF YOU DO, READ EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY!!! Out of all the people we dealt with the only generous person there was our salesman Steve. He went above and beyond to assist us in every way, he was very helpful with negotiating with the finance company to help us get what we wanted. Now when it comes to dealing with the maintenance dept, Thomas is not friendly and very rude! I noticed there were some issues with my car and called the dealer to advise them of the issues and they scheduled me an appt to take my car in almost 2 wks after I called in. When I called in to make sure they will take me back home if they needed to keep my car Thomas said we dont provide rides. So I had to make another appt which wasnt gonna be til almost another 2 wks and the 30 day "courtesy warranty" as they call it would be expired and per Thomas he said they will look at my car and if parts are needed then we can buy them a their price and they will not charge for labor. I wasnt gonna pay for anything if they should have checked the hole car beforehand and had allowed me to check the car myself. So I asked if there was any way I can take it in before the appt and he said no! So I called Steve and advised him of our issue and he said it would be best to bring the car in and he will provide us with a ride to any place we needed to be. So my husband took the car in today and the mgr Jorge Lopez about getting the car svced, Jorge was very rude and unprofessional with my husband and treated/talked to him with so much disrespect it was horrible. Jorge had stated we owed a down payment of $500 and he was going to keep our car until we paid the money, so my husband told him we didnt owe him $500 and Jorge told him we did and he would have to take the bus or call a taxi to find his way home because he wasnt going to give the car back until we gave it to him. My husband had no idea what he was talking about called me and I looked at our contract and noticed that Jorge had added an extra down payment of $500 that the bank wanted from a previous offer they gave us but we never agreed to it. Jorge took advantage of us being that it was a weekday and almost midnight and we had been dealing with the negotiation process for almost 2 hrs already. Jorge told my husband that the finance company told him that he needed to keep the car from us til we paid the amount. I called the fiance company and they told me that they didnt tell Jorge that at all. Being a little sneak Jorge was already, if we owed the money he was talking about why didnt we recv any calls or letters after the date past of the $500 pay stating we owed money so we could have paid it if we did have to pay. I can only assume when asked what dealership we bought our car from and given the name, the finance rep already knew how they do business just by answering OHHH after I told them it was Quantum Auto Sales. So when my husband told Jorge that we didnt want to keep the car anymore and give us the car we traded and the money we but down back, Jorge said well then I will keep the car and put on your credit as a REPO and you will still have to pay the finance company. Not true, the fiance company said the dealership will be liable to pay the loan being that we have no ties to the vehicle anymore once its been given back.. So this is our issue and we are going to seek legal advise!!! So 2 tumbs up for Steve the salesman for being great at assisting us even til today. As for the mgr Jorge Lopez, I hope the owner BASSIL F BOULUS of Quantum Auto Sales Inc reads this and fires you!!!!

Why is there no negative starts on this. WORST SALES PLACE. I dropped off a car for a friend to get service. Was told to be there at 9am. Got there at 850am.. First off all theres no signs to indicate where the front or back of this place is. No customer door or entrance is labeled. once in everyone was gossiping and loling. Was told well be with you in a minute ...10 then 20mins passed and nothing. All the employees just standing around doing nothing. Receptionist came up to me know only to turn on the tv.... What was on kids shows... I turned it off after about 15 mins of it.. what she does is gets her butt up and turns it back on.... By now its 945 no-one has come up to me and asked me if I was being helped or why I was there. One annoyance I got up bolted to the receptionist asked where is the guy that fixes the cars... She wanted me to describe him to her. Im like I dont work here Im tired sleepy , all I saw was guy with mechanic short on... She looks at me puzzled like she didnt know what to do so she tells out to the what I think is the main man mechanic. They start playing the blame game. I made y point across and told them I need an estimated time (drove1hr 1/2) told me they didnt know and that someone times they keep cars over night. I told them that I had called the day before and wasnt told that. I didnt want them wasting my time and if it was going to take longer to let me know to I can call up a ride to get me home. I apologize for being rude afterwards but insisted I need an estimat. And that they needed to get their stuff together. I know I its all three different department.. but they need to get on the same page. Havent heard from them it been more than a day. DONT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD AND LIKE BEING MADE A FOOL OF. CHECK KELLY BLUE BOOK BEFORE ALSO NO FREE FLOOR MATS They dont carry them so... Dont get your hopes up

FATAL!! En Junio 30/2015 compre una Nissan Rogue 2009 desde el primer dia me dio problemas al tercer dia c me desconpuso les dije q c sentia como q la transmission andava fallando y q no me sentia agusto ya con la troka y me dijeron q era q c avia desactivado la computadora de la troka,, me la arreglaron pero la troka ya no se sentia igual.. el miercoles 25 de noviembre del 2015 hice un viaje asia Utah saltLake city y la troka nomas llego asta Mesquite Nevada.. y q creen es la transmission! ahora ellos ya no quieren hacer nada y Yo con una deuda de 10,000 y feria de dollares,, Miguel y Jorge son unos Farsantes sin Etica de Trabajo...

If I could give this place a negative rating I would.They are nice when they want your money but rude when they have it, swindles , liars,scammers,and sell defective cars knowingly, bought an Suv there and it left me stranded the 2nd day, lost a job cuse of the lemon and it still gives me problems almost a year later. After the 2nd time I took it in with in the first two weeks they gave me the run around and where rude as hell. Never deal with then you will regret it sooner or later. For me it was sooner. Contacted a lawyer and they new them and actually have had a few run in with them ,what a reputation these guys are building huh.. please beware ppl.
