Horrible service and prices. I had originally gone in planning to trade in / sell my girlfriends Fiat and try and buy a BRZ. We had an appointment with Marcos for a test drive and we were really excited. We came in for our appointment and ended up waiting around for about 30 minutes before anyone even talked to us ( no one to be found). Finally we got to talk to someone and had them page Marcos. Another 10-20 minutes pass and we finally meet. Finally I did a test drive ( an hour after my appointment time, they had to find the car to)the car itself was really nice and as advertised. But then we sat down and talked price and sales price for the Fiat. They came in at a real low ball for the Fiat I mean way under what we though I understand they need a profit but it was just insulting. They quickly went up 1k when I complained but that is where they would stay and then also all of a sudden the price shoots up ~3k for the BRZ that I still do not know where it came from (not dealer fees or sales tax or title or negative equity ). I tried to negotiate the price but they were firm and would not even counter offer. Also it appeared Marcos was working with another couple and answering the phone at the same time he was talking with us so we did not get his full attention. At the end of the day it was gonna be 30K for a BRZ after a trade in( we were underwater on the Fiat but they made the problem much worse by the low ball). Anyway Marcos told me to try and sell the Fiat at carmax for a better price so I did. Carmax ended up offering double( no joke mathematically double ) what Ca motors offered us no questions asked. I then purchased a much nicer Q60 from Carmax for less out the door then what they wanted for the BRZ. The Q60 also had less miles and no wear and tear I could even find, we also purchased a 5 year extended warranty and the out the door price was still less then the BRZ out the door quoted price. Bottom line is Ca motors has nice cars but do not expect a deal you will pay towards the high end of the market for their cars they also LOVE hidden fees. I learned a good lesson, shop around because I almost got boned hard by them. 1 star only because he told me to go to carmax. Which is my advice to anyone thinking about them.

Please read before you purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service! Bought a 08 F350 200k miles. 1) I test drove and they tried to not let me get on the highway. Said it was company policy. How the hell am I suppose to buy a car/ test a turbo without getting in past 40. 2) Couldnt get them to talk about the actual price of the truck. All they talked about was the total price including tax and fees. Hello stupid taxes are based on the sale price. 3) Decided to buy the truck and ran down to the bank to get a check and they were suppose to fill the truck up since it was completely empty. $19,000 cash and I couldnt get more than ¼ of a tank from them. Also had to make sure the idiot I was working with didnt fill the truck with gas. Several times I made sure he knew diesel! 4) Got home and talked with some friends and realized California had a nonresident military fee waiver ($600 worth) that they didnt apply to my transaction. However they gloated how military members like myself drive from all over the state to buy from them. 5) Im from Missouri where we get the title at time of purchase, so when I call 4 weeks after buying and still didnt got the title by mail I was rightly concerned. How can I register my car in Missouir without the title? I talked with several people and got hung up on several times because the spineless people who work here cant take a customer being angry. At one point a manager said he would go pick the title up the next day and have it mailed to me the next day. I called and he wasnt working and no one knew about the title. When I demanded his cell phone I was yet again hung up on. Turns out the title was being processed at a company and there was no way to actually go pick it up. From the very beginning they could have told me California take 60-90 days to process the title and I would have been happy, for some reason though it took 10 people to actually know that piece of information. Be ready to fight with these people and be hung up on apparent raised voices is something they dont like.

SHADE,SHADE,SHADE! This dealership is a joke! I walked in after calling before to let them know which car I was interested in test driving, Michael said OK, after letting him know where i was he said it would take me about 25 minutes, I got there in 15 minutes about 8:35. First of all the bumpers were KISSING, packed like sardines. Second of all we walked the lot without a SOLE in sight so i called and the person answering the phone MUTTERED his name and passed the phone to Michael, after about 5 minutes a tired looking Michael came out and the first thing he said was "you came pretty late" keep in mind i came earlier than he thought but said NOTHING over the phone, i said "well can we test drive the car?", he said weeeeeel, are you looking for financing and i said "NO, ive been pre-approved" he then started probing "with whom", I said "my credit union", he then said well our policy is that you can not test drive the car with out showing it to me first"I then felt as though I was in the twilight zone, who the F doesnt want to make money by letting a customer test drive a car at a car dealership?!?!?!?! I wasnt sure what to think at first, so i told him "look are you going to allow me to test drive or not? he looked a little confused and said "let me ask the manager" after waiting about 5 minutes I walked into the "office" and the first person I saw was an overweight very tired man slouched in a chair with his feet up, the place STUNK like old socks, I then saw Michael and the "manager" who desperately needed some grooming tips, to say the least..basically I asked if he was going to allow me to test drive the car without seeing my pre approval, and he stumbled with his words and a WEAK "NO" came out of his mouth.. I thanked him, dusted my feet and ZOOMED out of there! I wasnt sure what was going on there until I pulled them up on BBB and there they were a BIG FAT "F" rating please please please do your self a favor and go to a reputable dealership! SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, WALK AWAY. I walked in on a Sunday night around 5pm to look at a black ford focus that they advertised on their website (which is very good). I talked to a couple sales reps, test drove it, and then settled on a price. I then asked them about getting it inspected by a licensed ford mechanic, which was less than 10 miles away. They were incredibly hesitant even after we had agreed to the sticker price, which would be payed in cash. At first they flat out said no, so we walked away. Then the manager came out and said we could bring a mechanic to the dealership, which is complete bullshit because the mechanic has to run all sorts of diagnostics on the car. Eventually they agreed to a full inspection at a mechanic of our choice. We set up a time on Tuesday at 11:00 to pick up the car (with a salesman) and get it inspected before buying it with cash. We called on Tuesday morning around 10:00 just to make sure everything was all right... The assholes sold it at 9:00 of the same day. Didnt call us, didnt let us make a counter offer, nothing. We called them to know what the hell happened, and they told us that someone offered to buy it without an inspection, so they sold it. They didnt have to sell us the car, but it was incredibly low of them to go behind our backs, after we agreed to a price, scheduled an appointment with a mechanic and cleared our schedule for the day. Absolute assholes. Be wary of them, they seem to be uncomfortable with getting their cars inspected, which is incredibly suspicious. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEYRE SHADY AND INCREDIBLY RUDE.
