My wife and I went to this dealer this morning Sept 15,2016, trying to purchase a 2012 Ford Flex. We went to look at the suv and it was priced $2,000 more then it appears online. They are currently advertising to bring in your trade in and receive $5,000 towards your new purchase. Right at the start, they claim it wasnt true, then was changed to it has to be towards our new trucks, its a "corporate promotion"!! They ran my wifes credit and said nothing could be done, her father then offered to cosign, they literally werent trying to work any deals. I left the dealer while they worked on it, Russell never called us within an hour as he committed to. My wife called, Russell then reassured her the finance manager would return her call shortly to go over_____, I dont know what, because he didnt explain. She waited on the finance managers call, but nothing. The "call" finally come through and left a voice message, but failed to leave his name, call back number, or extension. Returning the call was going to be difficult, not knowing who My wife is suppose to ask for. She assumed it was the finance manager since Russell mentioned he would be contacting her. She returns the call and requests to speak to the finance manager. The finance manager said it wasnt him who made the call. He transferred her call to someone else. The gentleman on the phones tells her, he couldnt work a deal, that they send it to 7 banks and was supposedly declined. After my wife asked Russell not to run her fathers credit plenty of times, She didnt want to weigh down her fathers score. If I could I would give this company ZERO STARS, I wouldnt consider it twice!!! Things began to makes sense, why the sales man said, they had a bright blue truck parked in front that hasnt sold and would lose money when sold. They obviously cant retain customers because they lack communications skills, professionalism, and willingness to assist. Family owned, but the manager Pete doesnt know who the gentleman that called her was. Wow!! Small dealership who isnt aware of who works within there company. Where did the customer service go, I thought sales was about customer satisfaction. Obviously not to this dealership!!! I was quite disappointed!!! I would NEVER recommend this place. This wasnt the first incident plenty of years ago they did the same thing to my parents. Not to mention, my wife is Hispanic and the gentlemen said, "these people" she was very offended by that statement.

I shouldve taken a voyage on the Titanic before coming here, again. I WAS coming here to get my car serviced until today. I dropped off my car prior to get the usual service & was informed that my car should be ready by 10 am the following morning. I recieved no phone call whatsoever informing that my car was ready. I proceeded to get my car & my service rider "R" seen me walking up to get my car. "R" was more engaged to smoke a cigarette than deal with me. I mustve let out some fart or have some kind of "Hygene Issue". The receptionist was friendly & gave me my car keys & told me to wait. "Somebody should be there". Well, I felt like I was in "Tombstone, AZ" waiting for the final show down. There shouldve been a tumbleweed blowing by for the effect. I had to get my car & remove the plastic & paper floor mats. Too make matters worse, my car was not even washed. What happened to customer service??? I dont want to take away jobs. Why wasnt I paid to do the work. I informed the receptionist about what happened & she proceeded to look for the service manager who mysteriously disapeared. The guy my be related to Houdini. Try to get in touch with anybody in the dealership is almost impossible. I probably would have better luck communicating with "Amelia Earhardt"...I will not be going back here..EVER..

We first saw the GT350 on line, called the dealership and spoke with Russell. Oh the phone we were able to come to agreement on price and were very amazed as all dealerships tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there it is something different. Four hour drive turned into six because of traffic. Russell and the staff at Upland Ford came outside and greeted us with a warm welcome and provided us with water. They saw we were tired and suggested we take a break. Which we did and had dinner. We got down to business and were sure the pressure to purchase would be on. Just the opposite Russell told us to take our time, which we did and we did not complete the purchase until 2 hours after their close. I cannot say enough good about the purchase of the car. While we love the car, the experience with the staff at Ford of Upland made the purchase wonderful.

I had an incredible experience at Ford of Upland and would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends or family! The staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable... and the service was impeccable. I was so impressed with the way that everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed from the moment that I walked in. I purchased a used 2015 model that was in pristine condition and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. The warranty is wonderful and I left with the car that was perfect for me. Thank you Ford of Upland for making my first car buying experience in 12 years a wonderful one. I thank you for your patience as I made a very important decision to purchase today, and I appreciate the respect and honestly that you share with your customers. Today was truly a delightful experience and exceeded all of my expectations!

23 reviews 5.0 star rating 1/12/2017 I have a 2015 Ford Edge that Colley Ford of Glendora was unable to even find a substantial water leak in the firewall below the windshield glass. Ford of Upland took the time (30 minutes in the wash bay) to actually run enough water on the vehicle to get it to leak. I guess Colley Ford was too busy not returning my phone call after day 3 to offer the same level of service. Robert, our service coordinator was great and called us 3 times during the process with updates and he actually returned my call once within 10 minutes. Having gone to Colley Ford for service in the past, this took some getting used to! This review is as much as 5 star on Ford of Upland as it is a warning on not expecting too much if you choose Colley Ford of Glendora.

Terrible!!! Was trying to get an idea on my trade in and purchase a 2013 Tahoe. Sales guy was preoccupied with other customers. Sales manager did not want to talk to me. They just kept on telling me that I have to go down there to get any information. I live 30 miles away and wanted to get some questions answered 1st. Called at 8pm. Sales guy told me that they were closing and they could not help me until tomorrow morning. I went online and looked up their hours, they close at 9PM. Then they had the nerve to call me back in the morning to see what my questions were. When I asked, dont you close at 9pm. He said, yes sorry we had a long day yesterday, so sometimes we close early. UNBELIEVABLE how this place is still in business.
