O Stars...Dishonest beyond words. Had my SUV in for service and a couple of other issues, one being an airbag light, which they charged me $300 to fix (I cannot verify it, but I suspect I was ripped off). The service guy then informed me that my truck needed to have the exhaust manifold replaced and it was under warranty til 80k (seeing I had 78k on it that day, I authorized the work. Come to find out, it WAS NEVER DONE and I was never informed of it til I checked myself! Worse though, was the $582 front brake job they quoted me, saying my front brakes only had 3 mm left...well come to find out after having brakes inspected by another shop, I had 6MM and it was not necessary to replace them! They are RIP OFF artists. Stay away from this place.

I have purchased a few new vehicles in my lifetime, all horrible, strenuous experiences. I have to say, buying a car from OC Nissan Irvine was a breeze. I was in and out with a new car in a few hours. They worked with me and were very easy going. The sales staff is very helpful and not too pushy. I worked with Herbert, ask for him! He was very friendly and professional, definitely made the process enjoyable and fast. He is the reason I chose to buy there. Not sure about the other reviews here, my experience was fantastic. Guess every experience is different. I highly recommend OC Nissan Irvine... and of course, Herbert.

My wife & I went in twice to look for a car. The third time, we came in with numbers from other ads & dealers, asking if OC could match them. We were told by the so-called salesman, "Untill youre actually ready to buy a car, dont come back here anymore." Not surprisingly, we bought the car somewhere else, but stupidly went back to OC for a warrantee repair. Not a big problem - just an annoyance and a new car is supposed to work right. OC Nissan disagreed. Although they admitted that the part was covered, they REFUSED to do the repair because "it wasnt a safety issue."

We purchased a used car from OC Nissan Irvine in January 2010. The vehicle was missing a simple plastic part that the salesman promised would be replaced in a timely manner. Well, it is now nearly two months later. The salesman didnt even order the part until I had called 5+ times. That was a number of weeks ago and still, no call, no part, no nothing. I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau last week and still trying to get things resolved. Utterly ridiculous. Never go there.

Awesome service guys! I used to hate dealerships because of always pushy salesmen, thats how I got into online car auction repokar. I started to forget how a real dealership looks, since I loved buying cars online, the prices were very good. After visiting Irvine Auto Center I started to understand there are still good places to buy cars from outside of internet.

I had to change my Pandora accounts zip code so I wouldnt hear their obnoxious commercials. I will never buy a car from any of their dealerships because their commercials are the worst ever. For real- mega fail, I just went looking at Volvo XC-90s and drove 30 miles out of the way to avoid them.
