I am not the type of person to write a negative review however, my experience with this dealership was very dissatisfying. I would not recommend Chino Hills Ford. They appeared friendly in the beginning however, when they sold the vehicle I was interested in they attempted to transfer another similar vehicle from a nearby location (Colley Ford in Glendora) for a fee of $750.00. I asked them to waive the fee because I felt that it was unfair and outrageous. They refused to waive the fee, so I went directly to the Colley Ford and purchased the vehicle the same day. During the purchasing process Chino Hills Ford was contacting Colley Ford and requesting information about the buyer. They wanted to confirm it was the same person purchasing the vehicle. Once my information was confirmed, she made multiple comments to Colley Ford such as do not sell her the vehicle, do not give her a discount, and charge her full price for the stripes, etc. I could not believe the negativity from this woman. My communication was always professional with her via email and I always thanked her for her time. Im going to do Chino Hills Ford a favor and not upload my emails from this person, but I will make her name known. Her name is Carol Salcedo, Internet Sales Manager. P.S. Carol, I did not get the stripes on my beautiful 2016 blue Mustang. Colley Ford actually discussed the pros and cons on vinyl stickers and there were more negative then positive. I decided to not move forward with the vinyl stripes and I am now getting them professionally painted. Also, they gave me a great deal on the vehicle.

This is a weird story... grab a cup of coffee. Weve had a goal of buying an RV and a Ford Truck to pull it for about a year. I use a digital vision board to remind me of my goals and to provide motivation. The image with the tan trim is from my Vision board and the all white one (pearlescent) is what we bought. Our plans came together a year ahead of schedule. We were financially unprepared to make the purchases but we found a really good deal on a 2016 Gateway RV that was on close-out from the RV show and were able to buy it. I started looking for a truck and found this one on AutoTrader, along with 6 others. I dismissed all the Dodges because they were 6 cylinder and our RV is a big girl... we wanted 8. That left two and my heart was set on this very low mileage, used 2016 F-350. After we left the RV dealership we drove to just "look" at the two trucks - one was a 2015 but with lots of miles and lots of wear and at a "slimy" used car dealership with a clearly inexperienced salesman. We drove to Chino Hills Ford having alerted Carol, the Internet Sales specialist, that we were coming. Carol showed us the truck and it was exactly what we wanted - a year ahead of schedule. We had very little to put down, were upside down in our Ford Fusion and had good credit - not great. Carol got the deal put together and got us approved! Our experience from initial contact to out the door, with sales, finance, GM, and service, was terrific. I highly recommend this dealership.

6 minutes ago Lechell H.0friends1review please do not go here! they are nothing but liars! i purchased a car here recently. i discovered my car did not come with what the salesman told me it did have. i informed the sales manager of what happened. he assured me he would take care of it and they will install it for me. the sales mgr told me to bring my car on monday and we will give you a rental car. i brought my car in on monday as i was instructed. they gave me the the run around and keep my car for two weeks. everyday the service department would call me and say brian is still working on it and that was it. after two weeks i couldnt take it anymore. i called and said i need an answer today. conveniently brian was not in so i got another sales mgr. he said i will look into it and call u back. well he didnt call me back i called him. he says your car is ready everythings done. i go up there to the service dept and they said you need to go see shawn. i go to the office and he says we can not install this item. it cost about 600 dollars and were not doing it. i said but i was told it was no problem and they would install because i was told it was already included with the car when i purchased it. shawn was extremly rude. he told me to calm down its not a big deal. (wow!) but were not intalling it. thats it! all the employees that knew about when asked they were all of sudden senile. ..they didnt know what i was talking about

My initial experience with Chino Hills Ford was a great one. Crystal help me while I was still just looking at the Fusions. She was new but very eager to help me and get me answers for all my questions. Crystal did a follow up with me and I made an appointment to come down and test drive the new Fusion Hybrid. I was very impressed because when I arrived the car was pulled up to the front and ready for me to drive. I loved the car and was ready to buy it from Crystal and Neil (another sales person who I did most of the negotiations with) but they didnt have the exact car I wanted but said they could get it from another dealer and that they had an agreement from the other dealer that they could have the car. This is where my experience took a turn for the worse. After I was approved for financing I asked when they could have the car ready and they told me the car was no longer available and I would need to choose another car. Since I didnt want another car we went back and forth for 2 days about how they could get me a car. I was pretty frustrated at this point and not too happy. When I told them I would only buy that exact car they ended up making a few more calls and tracked one down for me. In the end it took a bit more work and time on my end than I wanted but they did get me the car I wanted. I couldnt have been happier in dealing with Crystal and Neil at Chino Hills Ford. They did a great job and I will definitely be back.

I could not be more disaapointed than when I purchased a used Expedition from Chino Hills Ford. I was purchasing the vehicle as a Christmas present for my wife and found it on line. I contacted Brian Boyda, one of the managers, told him what I wanted to do and got everything set up for the purchase... so I thought. Due to me being out of state I told Mr. Boyda that I did not need to register it in California, but that I did need a temp tag for the vehicle so that I could register it in Arizona. Mr. Boyda said that the vehicle would come with a 60 day permit, but to date I have yet to see it. I made several calls to the dealership and have gotten no where!!! I am now having to purchase a temp tag in Arizona so that I dont receive a ticket if I get pulled over. When we took delivery of the vehicle I was appauled at how disgusting the inside was. I thought that coming from a Ford dealership they would detail all used vehicles prior to selling them, especially when it was listed as Ford Certified. Guess I was wrong again!!! I spent $150 getting it detailed and now my wife is very happy with her Christmas present. This is a typical dealership that did nothing to help me. They have a nice slogun while you are on hold that says they focus on great customer service but that it straight up a joke!!!
