The sales man Rob Chan is great he does his job well for the little time he has been there. For the manager who puts the deals together i beleive his name is also Rob thinks he knows to much for the position that he is in. I agreed on a price for my trade with Rob Chan and when i go in he trys to give me 1500 less. After i purchased my car my dash was very scratched andthe emblem was coming off. I bring it in to get fixed and they say they can not fix the scratches.(i thought you bought a new car to not deal with these problem). Still to this date my dash looks horrible on my 2015 Fiat Abarth. I told my Co-Worker to go there to purchase the fiat also (before i brought it in for the dash).He purchased a 2015 Fiat Abarth as well. They told him and i quote your friend andrew was a dick on the phone but cool in person.Who says that about a customer? They also told him the bank will not finance him because unless he buys an extended warranty and gap which is a total scam and they know that they could get away with it on him. They pry on people who just want a car. They will be reported to the BBB and will take further action if needed

I am the owner of a 2016 fiat 500 Abarth that I bought from J*. My first shopping experience was pretty good. I love my car. After convincing my mother, my grandfather, my aunt, and my girlfriend to come with me to lease 4 fiat 500es you would think that J* would have some courtesy to a guy thats doing collectively 150,000 dollars worth of Fiats business (4x30000 fiat E + 25000 for the Abarth) the price started at 48$ and ended up at 117$. When I told Jeff that thats ridiculous and then Im not going to give them a good review for lying to me he proceeded to barate me over the phone. What an ass. I just want my Abarth back froum their crappy shop. I dont want it anywhere near these jerks. Constant hard sales and lies. Update: Got my car back finally took over a week to get a hose installed, unclean and with a nice paint chip on the front, the chip was not there befor. Had contemplated raising the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. But the car was not vacuumed, and the pain was chipped. 0 out of 10 would never use again.

Returned my leased Fiat 500e to this dealer and leased another one, but they didnt process the paperwork to transfer the ownership on my returned vehicle out of my name. So, I was hounded by the DMV to register the vehicle. I called J Star for help and they were useless, totally made it my problem. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

They are open on Sundays! Terrific experience working with Jason at J Star Fiat leasing a 2016 Fiat 500e. What they say is what you get, no extra strings to get caught up in. Great prices and great service, couldnt be more satisfied with a business transaction of this scale.

My experience there was horrible dont ever go there Ross and Jeff they are liars and they play games dont trust what they say they gave us the offer over the phone but when we arrived they changed the whole deal it was the worst dealership I have ever been too.

Came here once while shopping for my moms fiat and I have to say it was a pretty horrible experience. Employee was stuck up and wasnt looking to make a deal or even talk about the price. Definitely wont be shopping here again.
