Kurtis and Tyler are the best of bests.. Never have I have a experience with this team that was not pleasant and with so much consideration of my rental needs. Without question this team at Montclair has the clients needs first and foremost. With that said, I have experiences with other Enterprise location and non thus far have ever had the service to me as Kurtis and Tyler.. I also wish to give my congratulation to Tyler for his promotion as he is so ready to move up to another level.. I also congratulate him on his upcoming wedding.. My Kurtis keeps me happy as his speaking manner it always upbeat and with passion.. My relative is align and I use the weekend rental plan to travel to UCLA for his treatments. Kurtis always seems to know that my need is urgent and he and Tyler come thru always for me. Montclair team members also get my best of best award too.. They are train by the Best.. Enterprise Car Sales has the BEST car deals! I visited Enterprise because my brother had purchased his car there. As soon as I parked in the customer parking I was greeted by a salesperson. I got the opportunity to meet Jonathan Garcia--the best salesperson (although all are great). Jonathan helped me select the right car for me. I love this place, because all employees are friendly and dont pressure you to make a decision right away. Jonathan proved his professionalism by showing me my options without rushing. I liked the fact that he kept it real as to what my options were. My dream of purchasing a car came true with the help of Jonathan Garcia! Therefore, I would suggest you go speak to him! I will definitely refer someone and also return to purchase another car at Enterprise in the future. Jonathan Garcia is the man! Without him I wouldnt be driving my Chevy Malibu 2013!!! My Day was one of the best Charles Teraoka was the best he made me feel like I was the only person that matter he took his time making sure that I did not feel rushed he explain everything step by step enterprise is very lucky to have someone like him not to say the rest of the staff was not kind but I only was with Charles Teraoka I have told any one who listen how wonderful enterprise is and how its not a rental car place but sale car that are like they came off the show room floor THANKS ENTERPRISE still cant.stop smiling. Ive never in my life had a more horrible experience in my life they ruined fresh credit report with mass inquiries they held my down payment hostage for weeks and never were able to complete the deal. They tried to take money from on me for a restocking fee and never even drove the car but on a test drive. These guys made me jump through hoops and hoops only to keep telling me tomorrow tomorrow Ive never been more disappointed in my with a sales experience please there other places to buy where people will appreciate you and make you feel like you matter

A couple of weeks ago I totaled my 1913 Elantra I bought from Enterprise Car Sales 2 years ago. That was on a Sunday. Monday I called Charles Teraoka, who sold me that car, told him what happened, and told him I was looked for the same car. Three days later I had a 1915 Elantra in my garage. I cant thank Charles enough his efforts to help me and the staff at Enterprise Car Sales for making it no pressure straight forward transaction. It was a "stress free" car buying experience with Jonathan Garcia. Found the car via the site, had it transferred to the Montclair location, came test drive, then took it home. Although, they were busy having many customers with limited staff, the service was super! Jonathan even took the time to put on a bow and took a family picture for us. Best experience ever! "Totally Satisfied" dealing with Jonathan Garcia at Montclair Enterprise. Bought a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 200 for my wife and everyone was happy. Jonathan had no problem financing us and made the process very easy. If your looking to buy a pre-certified nice car, I would defiantly recommend checking this place out. Quick checkout, was disappointed to find out that $200 extra was charged after returning vehicle. The price of insurance was not clearly explained. When I said something I was told my insurance covered most of it and $80 was credited back. Why wasnt that entered before, and only after I said something was I given some back. The ticket was locked and was told Monday. 5 days later still no credit.
