DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! There are several red flags purchasing from this dealership. First, after the sale, no one cared about the condition of the car. There was a bubble on a tire where the rim was scraped up which caused the tire to mess up. I questioned the dealership about this and kept on getting the runaround. I got a quote from Costco to fix and since it was an AWD vehicle they recommended replacing all 4 tires. In addition to the tires, 3 rims were scraped so bad that they need to be replaced. Huge disappointment they did not even try to help. I have constantly been trying to get into contact with the dealership and each person keeps passing me on to the other person. I have probably dealt with a total of almost 8 people and no one wants to help. I even tried getting in contact with the GM of the dealership and no response. Its been over 2 weeks and I can not even drive my car because of the safety issue with the huge tire bubble. I have talked to Rochelle, Colin, Amir, Gary, as well as other staff members. In addition, I am missing the SD card for the navigation which was shown in the pictures as the navigation working. I keep getting the runaround where it is, no on knows where it is, what happened to it, everyone is playing dumb. What is really frustrating and a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT is that no one has reached out to me to rectify the situation. I keep having to call the dealership to try to get some kind of response. I thought if anyone could help with the issue it would be the GM. But sadly no. No one cares. They took my money, sold the car, and everyone went on their merry way. I can not believe that I have been treated this way purchasing a pretty expensive car. I recommend that you purchase a vehicle elsewhere so you will be treated much better and get what you pay for. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!

I found then from online google. In first in goes well, until i ask for a discount from a E150, it was $11.998, I ask for $1000. After dealing for 2 days they give me $500 and promise to replace front windshield. They said that they are not accepting credit cards, only cashiers check, personal or business and debit cards. Next day i went there, but E150 wasnt ready (windshield wasnt replaced yet). I wait about 6 days, no one called me. On 6/19/13 i called and they said that E150 is ready. I also talk to Ella to make sure my car loan application is still ok and I ask her about that its still same conditions. But at this time they didnt accept personal or business checks. Which is disappoint me because I want it to use my checks from one the my major credit cards. But answers from Ella was no. Later that day i called and try to talk about it with manager, his name Hamid, he also said no. So therefore they lost my business. I feel like they dont want to deal with me. Also in document they try to charge me $640 for licence, sorry, but Im not buying car for $40K, its only $11.998. Also they include warranty for $1350 which not covering commercial vans. Very bad customers service. So I went to other used car dealer and got my E150 for $12000 in better condition from Spectrum Motors its also family own dealer, but they are very nice and find me lower rate and discounted E150 for $1000 and licence fee was $250. Auto Gallery need to understand that customers priority #1. they overcharge in documents fee. Im not recommending Auto Gallery. There is many other dealers around who accept all kind of payment, because they need business. Also Auto Gallery offer me for my trade in only $14K for my F250 Spectrum Motors offer me $17K Dont trust them they will rip you off.

Communication, follow-through, and management of customer accounts seems to be a very low priority for Auto Gallery. Starting off we had a great experience; the sales people were very helpful, friendly, and practical. We came knowing which car we wanted and they made it happen very quickly. I only had issues (and continue to) after the purchase. It has been 2.5 months since our purchase and I have still not received plates or registration. Additionally, you can purchase an extended warranty through them where you have 90 days to cancel at no cost for a full refund. Shortly after the purchase we made the decision to cancel so I emailed the warrabty company to cancel. To give them credit, I CCd the manager of Auto Gallery and she responded saying if we didnt hear anything back within a couple days we could send in a paper and they would cancel it for us. Jump forward about a week and we never heard anything so my wife contacted Auto Gallery and initiated the cancellation. After going a month without confirmation I called in and was told by a sales person that it had been cancelled and we were good to go. Several weeks later we still received no registration, cancellation confirmation, or plates. I then emailed in and was told they never received the cancellation request from my wife....yet it was confirmed with me over the phone. I resubmitted and thought it was settled but I just called and the warranty was still active and still no plates or registration.

I believe that my experience with Auto Gallery may deserve a one star review, but I am giving them two. You can be the judge as to whether they deserve less. I originally worked with Hamid (maybe Hameed? it was pronounced that way) and, after saying that I would submit financing paperwork to my credit union myself, he submitted paperwork for me through another avenue to my credit union as well. This caused so much confusion and frustration that a simple sale that couldve been over within a day took more than a week. Hameed also submitted the paperwork asking for more interest on my financing and a different term than I discussed. He also was incredibly rude in dealing with the frustrations of the situation he created. During the paperwork signing at purchase, I was also instructed to sign a form saying I was aware of any present damage or past collisions involving my car (the Carfax was clean). I was told that the form was just something that everyone signs, but was informed later by someone I trust and is knowledgeable in the automotive field that signing that form is really only something done when the dealer is aware of damage/an accident. I still purchased the car as it was the exact car I wanted for a good price, but I would wholeheartedly recommend anybody considering a purchase from this dealership to find what they want somewhere else.

Stay away, they are so unprofessional had me waiting for a long time to look at the car i came in for, 2010 camry, I didnt understand why it was taking so long for someone to help me when they have so many workers standing around talking, test drove the car liked it and went to fill the finance application, waited another hour no one came to tell me what was happening, waited and waited then finally got told that i would get a call from them after hearing back from the banks, 3 days went by and they hadnt called, i called them and they said they hadnt heard back from the banks yet, i found that to be ridiculous that it was taking so long, i waited another 3 days and they still hadnt contacted me so i called again and they gave me the run around and kept putting my call through to another person i finally hung up and went to a different dealer, nelson honda, i got in and got out of there with a 2012 accord, they showed me my credit report and auto gallery never ran my credit application!! if they dont want to sell cars to people why the heck are they open for business?! what a waste of time!! so my advice is to STAY FAR AWAY!!!
