I purchased a certified used truck from Mt. View because on paper your BK buyer program assures that Mt. View will not run your credit and was so also ensured by sales rep in front of us. I explicitly asked several times as I did not need any more inquiries on my credit report. I was assured it would not be. Well it was run four times. 3 times by finance and once by Mt. View. Which was printed and stated it would not be. Someone needs to stand by your word. Also the truck came with a plastic bed liner. You would think that if there was anything wrong it would be disclosed. well after I got it home (which was too late because I drove it off the lot, so I guess buyer beware) upon further inspection of the bed of the truck it Is completely ruined all the paint is gone with deep scratches and trash was under the bed liner. So the bed liner was just a band aid hiding it all. Also the morning due on the truck was hiding body damage to the door as it had been damaged and the paint was a different color black, but could not see it with the morning due and cloud cover. I would not have bought the truck in that condition for that price. I took it back and pointed it out to the sales rep and was told its a truck that happens and nothing could be done. I asked for the manager and was told he was busy. So at this point I am extremely dissatisfied with Mt. View Dealership. Didnt even get a sorry or a discount on some floor mats after spending 34k. Next Chapter -I have already told me story and have never received a call back. you will never receive a referral or buy another vehicle from you!. Hi Nick or Adrian as of date no one has ever returned my call. I am here in store today getting service.. I spoke with a bill he said he was in charge of Internet I asked for either of u and he said you were not in. I asked Brandon and he said you were upstairs. So Bill lied to me. I told him my story and he said. He would voice my concern and blew me off n walked away. I do not want anything free all i am asking is to see if you can help me get my door painted at a reasonable price you might know a paint shop? For my truck that is 2 different color blacks where it was damaged that you couldnt see when its cloudy n wet like today and when i bought it. Again i know its long time after the fact but again just asking to be heard thank you sir for your time..

I really want to leave a better rating, but I cant. Read on. PURCHASE: I bought a Chevy Volt here. The Internet Sales Manager (who is no longer there) was very nice. The salesperson who test drove the car with me (also no longer there) was super duper awesome. The purchase process was a little slow but not terrible, considering it was a Black Friday and there were tons of people shopping there. I didnt know auto dealerships did Black Friday. The finance department was great. Everything was terrific about the purchase process except one thing: when we test drove the car, I noticed that the battery level was <50%. So I asked them to charge it for a couple hours while I had to wait and sign some documents. They totally ignored that request. Even so, I was very happy with my purchase. SERVICE: I brought my car into the dealership to do some recall work. They said that they needed it overnight so they gave me a rental. Cool, I thought. They said theyd call me with an update at the end of the day, and they didnt. I called the next morning, and they said theyd call me be 3 p.m. with an update. They didnt. I had to call them at 4 p.m. to request an update. Also, when I talked to them in the morning, I asked them to charge my car and check my tire pressure because one tire was low (per Onstar). When I picked up the car at 5 p.m., the car was not charged at all, and one tire was at 26 psi while the other 3 were at 35 psi. I left a note with the service manager of my displeasure, then went to the nearest gas station to add air to my tire. About a week later, GM sent me a survey about my service experience, and I left a negative remark. It was only then that they finally contacted me to see what was wrong. #FAIL

Where do I begin? I bought a 2013 "toenail red" Chevy Sonic (a choice I made within 15 minutes) and couldnt be more pleased with my choice. The salesman and the entire staff were just soooo pleasant that I have made a point to stop by many, many times just to say hello. A CEL came on and fortunately the car was under warranty. The service writer was super cool about letting me bring the vehicle in at nearly my leisure. Technician Carlos was very warm and explained everything to me in detail. I love that you guys wash the car every time I come by. I may just have to break something once a month until my warranty runs out so that I may get a great wash for "Wendy" (thats the cars name). Ive friended many of the salespeople, Yuri of course and have wonderful, light conversations with equally pleased customers. My father owned a Ford dealership for most of my life and I dont remember it having such a family-like atmosphere. Pretty sick, because it was called "Family Ford". I just love you guys. And who says that about a dealership? Though I have lived in north Upland for 14+ years, it wasnt until my ex-employee John Tredent caused me to give you another look. John drives all the way from Calabasas every year to get his new Tahoe. Thats pretty impressive. Since then Ive bought a truck (which I got 383K out of), a van and now this amazing Sonic which just sips the gas. Shes got a little spunk to boot. You may call on me anytime if you need a testimonial. My name is Tim Alberstein, and I endorse this message. LOL. Seriously. You guys are the best!

This review is in reference to the Service Department. I received a courtesy call from the service department informing me that it was time for my initial, free, oil change and maintenance. I was also informed that there were two vehicle recall repairs for my 2015 Colorado. I scheduled the appointment for May 16, 2015 at 8:00am. I arrived at the dealership at exactly 8:00am. To my surprise, there were at least 11 cars at the vehicle intake area. The intake line was backed up onto the street, impeding traffic. After parking, in the line, I went to the service office and was told there were processing customers in the order that they arrived, regardless of appointment times. My truck was not checked into the service department until approximately 8:50am. During the check-in process, I was told that the two recall repairs probably could not be completed within the reasonable time-frame I was promised. It would likely take all day, which they could not confirm until they actually started the work. This was very disappointing. This was my first time at the Mountain View Chevrolet Service Department and my first time at any dealer service department in over 10 years. I’m not sure if my experience is typical for this or other dealers. I still have recall repairs that need to be completed, as well as future maintenance. I will need to see if I can get better service at a different dealer. This was unacceptable.
