I absolutely will not be doing business with this ford dealership again. I took our F-250 diesel in to have a power-loss issue taken care of. In short our truck was "switching off" our acceleration driving down the highway, to prevent the vehicle from "running away" on us, it was also jerking or surging the transmission. Their tech "diagnosis" the issue saying it was the accelerator sensor needing to be replaced. After picking up the vehicle and attempting to drive back home to the state of Georgia the next morning, the truck acted as if nothing was fixed or replaced 30 mins into my drive. Looking at the paperwork the truck threw 4 codes, none of which were the accelerator sensor in the first place! And if it was the problem then the truck would have not been shutting this sensor off in the first place trying to keep the truck from accelerating on its own. I came back and talked to the tech directly, after looking at the codes and speaking with my mechanic from back home, the tech immediately started getting defensive with me, stumbling over his words and while doing so admitted he knew there was more of a problem with the truck. After that debacle, I talked to the service manager asking for a refund for work that didnt need to be performed on the truck and if the tech didnt know what the problem was then he should have said so instead of replacing something that didnt need to be fixed in the first place. The service manager refused to help me in any way in this situation. Take your diesel and vehicle issues elsewhere!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Come to this dealership to deal with real people and experience a hassle-free car-buying experience. We mainly dealt with Nathan and Elliott, who were both exceptionally patient with us, as they spent A LOT of time with us over the course of several days. We almost bought a truck with them in the spring, but opted to wait until now (after spending a couple of days with them earlier). They remembered what was important to us and helped us get the most for our money. We ended up buying a gorgeous truck with options that surpassed our original desires while staying within our budget. We walked away feeling GREAT. All the personnel at the dealership were friendly, attentive, knowledgable, professional and accommodating. Bonus: its a family owned operation, which IMHO is the fabric of our society. It is a moral imperative to support these businesses (Real Genius reference)! Thanks, guys!!!

I dont say these things lightly, but this has been the absolutely best dealership Ive ever done business with. I did not realize there was such a thing as honest salesmen these days, but if there are any left theyre at Fairway. I ordered a truck last month after getting a competitive quote, when I picked it up this month I was given my truck for 2k less because the dealer incentives had gotten better. I didnt even realize the incentives were better, I was told while I was completing my paperwork. That kind of honesty has earned my future business and the time I am spending to let friends and family know about this place. Thank you Toreno Winn for working with me to get a great deal, and working with me after to make sure everything was perfect.

Had 2 trucks that I was supposed to look at. Drove from Victorville CA to Placentia CA. Hour and half drive n only had one of the trucks there. Called them before I left Victorville, tried to sell me the truck that was there. I told them I wanted to test drive both trucks. One was a f350 diesel n the other a Chevy 2500HD. They said they lended it out to a customer. Wow. If they wanted to sell the truck they would of picked it up n gave him a rental truck. Bugged them for a week n still havent got the truck back. Its a 2007 Chevy 2500 HD. Dont bother driving out there because that truck aint even there, but its been on there website since I was interested. LMAO..THIS IS HOW THEY TRY TO GET YOU THERE... Ive been coming here for a while, on and off, for almost 20 years, either shopping around for cars, service, or parts. Their dealer reps are hit or miss. Some are very personable, others not so much. Parts people arent very approachable. The internet rep got hurt feelings when I indicated I was shopping around for the best price for my Fiesta ST, and said "thats not the way I conduct business" after I tried to negotiate. Um, what? You dont think I should be looking for the best price? Its my money! Come to the dealer and avoid the internet quotes is my suggestion. Other than that, a decent dealership.

I cant say enough good things about the RV service I have received at Fairway Ford. In particular Russel and Luke have been extraordinary. The company that I work for owns two Damon motorhomes and I wont trust them to any other service department. We travel a lot in these motorhomes and have over the years, had to visit many different rv service places across the U.S. I can honestly say that the work, professionalism, and attitude at Fairway is the best I have had.

This dealership has been amazing. Our daughter lives in Fullerton and we live 4 hours away. She is young and this was her first experience dealing with her car on her own. She had reason to visit the body shop and today she visited the service department. Everyone was fantastic! We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of each and everyone she has had contact with. Thank you Fairway Ford!!!! Jeff and Rolinda Baranek Jenna Baranek

I recently purchased a 2017 Explorer and I have to say once again Doug Money provided excellent customer service, this is the third vehicle I purchased here and every time I got nothing but the best service and value. I live in Chino Hills 3 miles from Chino Hills ford and I refuse to go there for anything because of their customer service. I drive 14 miles out of my way to get my vehicles serviced at Fairway, its well worth it.

Vehicle Selection is Poor. Service Department is very arrogant, rude, and over priced. I reluctantly gave my cell number to a member of the sales staff named Steve and I began receiving various text messages regarding different websites to purchase a vehicle from. I would recommend either Galpin Ford (Thousand Oaks) or Villa Ford (Orange), I have had great experiences with both dealerships in service and vehicle purchasing.

Small neighborhood dealership. Buying experience was fine. The follow up is HORRIBLE. My brand new vehicle was missing 1 license plate fastener and the original door code card from the manufacturer. After several emails with no response and 2 telephone calls, the General Manager is responsible for this. I had to call Ford directly and they had to contact the dealership on my behalf

Just bought a CMax Energi. This deal could not have gone easier. Jimmy Carter was the best. We had a price we wanted and he found us the deal. I hate the car buying process and they made it painless! Couldnt be happier, and called in today with two questions and both answered perfectly.

Honestly stay away from this dealership there internet staff is very offensive and they were trying to sell me a truck that was missing keys, had a broken tach, and several other defects. I was told by Ken the internet manager the truck was in pristine condition; which it was not.
